Thank you for your video, I wish you were in the U.K. . Recently I was offered a all on four clip in for upper jaw and after looking at your crown and bridges method, it makes the most sense all round and was pretty upset that the dentist never offered it to me .
That’s a shame. I’ve found that many dentists don’t offer them for one of three reasons: either they are not confident enough in their ability to DO the treatment and deliver an excellent outcome, they’re afraid to quote a fee for it, assuming people won’t pay a little more for it, or, they only offer the All-On-4 because it’s easier and more predicable for THEM and it’s usually easy to get people to accept that option because everyone is already familiar with it from all the advertising. I wish it was different…
Can you tell me the feasibility or practicality of a 3 crown 2 implant bridge over 31 & 29 as well as 18 & 20 with a partial denture spanning the rest against an existing upper denture to increase bite force as well as general comfort with the mandible? Much appreciated

You SHOULD be able to. It depends on the angles of the implant placements. So, very possibly, if they were placed in an optimal position, but not guaranteed. I hope this helps!

I'm due to go back to Turkey in 2 months time to have the temporaries removed and have a porcelain fused to metal prosthetics fitted, Can I ask please what do I expect, will I need injections is it a big thing and painful ? Any help to my question will be very much appreciated.
The hardest part is behind you and no, you shouldn’t need any more injections to proceed with having the final teeth made. The unscrewing and removal of the prostheses is not painful. There may be a few more visits ahead, involving new impressions or scans of your mouth, more measurements of various types, and possible adjustments at delivery. I wish you the best!
I'm sure there are some who do! That's WHY I stress the importance of doing your research and asking lots of questions - so you can find one who does what you really want and need - not just what's easiest for them! Sounds like you've found one of them- good for you!
