  • I think we're going through a very chaotic moment in which things are fracturing and dividing up in a way that has never happened before in history. I don't think it's ever quite happened so quickly.
Robert Greene is the author of the New York Times bestsellers The 48 Laws of Power, The Art of Seduction, The 33 Strategies of War, The 50th Law, Mastery, The Laws of Human Nature, and most recently, The Daily Laws.

Well its like you buy equipment for your business, thinking " I will never have to work manually or somehing"..... people rush too much, too fast.... because fast food industry taught people to have instant food instantly, clicking a button, to have everything instantly....
but relationships don´t work that way, everything goes slow, to teach you to "ENJOY" life and to "ENJOY" a present moment......
As Deepak Chopra said its wrong to live in past or in furture.... The ones who live in future and constantly think about future, can never live in present moment....and they feel not satisfied, because when the future event finally happens, they are no there, living in present moment, be conected with the present self...
.....their mind is again in the future,
What he means is this....... He thinks: When? When? , today?....yes yes yes, it happens today.... I am happy......
wait a minute...I can not be happy today, at this moment...
my subconscious mind learned to be constantly in future, every minute of my life..... because I taught my subconscious mind living in future....
so I am not here, I am actually there in future....
I can not be connected today to my true self to my current feelings.......
I can not be happy now and enjoy my house and car and my current wife....that I was trying to attract for 5 months, with so much effort, I tried to attract her, and didn´t feel compfortable at the momenta nd not enjoying prsent moment...
my mind is constanly planning the future.
Wife: Wherea re you darling I made a lunch.
Husband: I am in the future planning our future,
Wife: can you come back for 15 minutes and enjoy a moment with me?
Husband: No I have an important work, I have to work for my future that I don´t have time to enjoy actually, but I will come back for one minute maybe if my boss allows.😄
I heard on social media that if a man is connected to his feelings, he is not masculine enough.
Wife: But do you want to enjoy your life right? so you need to feel some feelings and emotions at least.
Husband: Well you are right,....Now I see they were lying about masculinity, I dont need so much emotions I just need a stoic way of thinking.

@@wavygoods877 As scientists say the most self-aware people, who live in present moment, are self-aware up to 5 percent of reality, because they love their life and their job... they are self-present with the jobs, and hobbies, friendships......The rest of the population is aware of just one percent of reality....because the subconscious program of brain, of the past, works 99 percent of the day, without realizing........Which means most people don´t know the basic facts and companies profit from it, medicine and television profits from our subconscious programs, and lack of self-awareness and children awareness as well.

There is so much chaos and so much uncertainty. Here in New Zealand the pressure of day to day living is unsustainable if you do not have some form of Faith in the Bigger Picture. I am thankful to have read and studied the Bible for most of my life and how my Friendship with God has grounded me on this roller-coaster of a ride that life is. I do feel empathy for those that are cracking under the pressure though (I try to limit the time I spend watching the Daily News, it is disturbing). Thank you Robert for helping more to think about the Bigger Picture and to keep things in perspective ❤

I think technology has made people more aware of the same type of problems but different scale, a century ago the norm was poverty and violence, but now the paycheck to paycheck type of living is very mainstream and people are more talkative about it, social media steals a lot of time with good reason, people want to be heard and to be supported, knowledge is more accesible than ever so "you have no excuse to not know", treating each other like machines that know everything about everything, the numbers doesnt help either, the ammount of paycheck to paycheck people must be in the billions and just knowing that some people have it better than you pisses of everyone, im 25 y/o but im patient, eventually whatever happens happens and life will test you in ways no one would have predicted, thank you robert for your wisdom and kindness, the world needs more of this

As one of Robert’s ardent fans, I find myself in a curious position. While his upcoming book, “The Sublime,” should naturally excite me, I harbor reservations. You see, Robert has already delved into the intricacies of human behavior in his masterpieces like “The 48 Laws of Power,” “The Art of Seduction,” and “The Laws of Human Nature.” It’s as if he’s explored every nook and cranny of our psychological landscape.
My skepticism arises from the suspicion that his publishers are capitalizing on his existing brilliance. Much like Hollywood’s penchant for endless sequels or the perpetually expanding “Matrix” universe, they seem eager to monetize his legacy. But can lightning strike twice? Can Robert truly surpass his own magnum opus?
“Mastery” was commendable, and “The 33 Strategies of War” had its moments. Even “The 50th Law,” though less impactful, left an impression. Yet, Robert is older now, having weathered life’s storms, including a stroke after completing “The Laws of Human Nature.” Perhaps it’s time for his publishers to honor his timeless classics rather than pushing for more.
To those eagerly awaiting his new release, I say this: Before diving into “The Sublime,” revisit his earlier works. There lies the essence of his genius-a treasure trove of wisdom that defies time. Let us celebrate an extraordinary man without diminishing his legacy. 📚🙌

Many religious people think the human-race (especially their particular religion/sect/cult) is god’s chosen master-race and many atheists & agnostics think the human-race is nature’s master-race. Personally I thinks it’s better to be an appreciative, cooperative, less-harmful part of natural nature. - I’ve often wondered if we humans while eating the dead (animals) gives even the most low self-esteemed person a conscious or unconscious erroneous sense of Power domination over another previous-living-being while eating the body parts of the dead; in addition to exciting the oral-entertainment-center and the intrinsic nutritional value.

The closer you are to the monster, the smaller it seems. (Me)
I find it funny how americans are scared about the political situation, talking about a potential war, shooting movies and recording podcasts about people going nuts if power shuts off etc.
And at the same time, here, in Kharkiv, Ukraine people just don't care. Power is turned off for 7-8 hours every day in city of around a million people. Every day there are drone and missile strikes. People hear a missile destroy a building just a mile away and in a matter of seconds go back to their conversation. Everything that an average American fears has happened here. War, bombardments, high inflation, blackouts, unemployment, you name it. And yet, despite all of this, we still continue living our lives in our city.
We weren't this strong before the war, but after 20-30 long-range missile strikes within a mile radius of your house, there are only two pathways: courage or psychosis. Choose courage. And everything will be just fine and you will have some great stories for your grandkids)

Kinda disagree with the first part. I don't think 1920s locker funny or smth one would joke about today and I'm sure the people back then really enjoyed it the way it was. Actually I would want to go there if I could, 1920s or 1960s.
