thats a really great cost efectiv reality to other wise expensive blades but i am wondering ...if this can be done with conventional hack saw blades will love an answer to this thanks in advance

Hi, yes it can be done with a hack saw blade. you can use any old blade from the multi-tool.
and the best thing about this idea. you can get 4 diamond blades made from one disk
