I feel ya brother. I spent most of my kids childhood working in the permian basin chasing those oilfield monies. Those are years you dont get back no matter how hard you try. Im happy you have the support and opportunity to step back from it. Your family deserves as much of your time and presence as you can give them and more. Be proud man.
I just finally got out of the cesspool in California.. moved the whole family to Texas and couldn't be happier... But being with the family is what is important not where you are at the end of the day... As long as your together.. your wife must be an absolute trooper man... Good luck on your next venture

Not unfortunate in the least Josh, I can't believe it's been 2 years of WOT already but that was also 2 years of your kids growing up missed as well. They're only little once as I'm realizing, suddenly my oldest will be a high school freshman this fall and I watch my g56 4th gen drive away as she heads to the neighbors place to mess with her yearling horse............it passes goddam fast pard, so don't worry about us a bit, we'll be right here whenever it fits into family life. I'm glad you're taking that opportunity, and also glad you and David were able to build up the business and friendship you have.
