Today, I finish my 2015 Rolls Royce Wraith, and it looks spectacular. It was a parts car for Mat Armstrong, bought to finish his Mansory Rolls Royce Wraith Black Badge build (famously crashed by Marcus Rashford). In this episode, we button up the interior, airbags, clear all faults, find new ones, and present it to some real automotive royalty - namely Richard Hammond. It's an emotional rollercoaster for me and I hope you all enjoy it!

I love Richard Hammond, he seem so humble and (his fame and everything else considered) to always be prepared to listen to, talk to and share his passion about cars with others. I can't really get enough of the guy.

regarding going over the speedlimit in a foreign country: Dont do it Denmark! If you are going double the speedlimit, or over 200 km/t on the freeway. You get HUGE fine AND they TAKE the car.
It happened to a Norweigian guy a few years ago. He went to Germany to get a Lambo, drove up through Denmark to get back to Norway. Got spotted by the police. He had his Lambo for about 5 hours...
Doubt you will read this from the flood of posts, but I started watching your channel way back before the fire damaged Gallardo. I think it was a worn out purplish Mitsu 3000GT. I discovered Freddie during the Gallardo series too. Fortunately for me, he was already up to part 60 or something, so I could binge watch them without having to wait as long as you OGs would have had to wait for new videos.
Those moaning about P1 content clearly don't know the amount of work that's going into it or they're just ignorant. Be patient and you'll see how amazing it turns out to be.

@@tavarish I've seen your videos, you can build an entire car in 5 hours, surely you cook up your frankensteined wiring harness in less than 30 minutes, and everybody knows that car manufactorers are notoriously generous when it comes to supplying how its vehicles communicate on the canbus, its not like a guessing game at all! - my uncle says he could do it in half the time on a cold rainy night in Stoke.

I think most people are just taunting at him because it got a running gag. And if not, you cant just walk into the next car parts store and ask for a P1 part. Even if you could, it wont be cheap. Its one of the most expensive, most rare cars out there. Buying a "parts car" for a P1 is probably also the most expensive option. And to make it custom is even harder. I cant wait to see the finished product and dont want Freddy to rush it. Make it right or you get a half-baked, rushed mess.

If the wheels are 22" and they should be 21", then the measurement should only vary 1/2" overall as the wheels add 1/2" above the axle, and 1/2" below the axle. Take the measurement from the bottom of the rim to the wheel arch and subtract 1/2" (12.7 mm) for the correct height. If you subtract 1", it will be too much.

I'm german and work in industrial mechanics and when my british friends told me about stone they tried to fool me into thinking pebble was also a thing. I ended up flipping that on them by manipulating Google's built in unit conversion to display pebble as an option.

36:35 wrong freddy, you can bring a car over to the usa, as long as they were sold in the usa as well. Vehicles that are less than 25 years old and were not originally manufactured to meet FMVSS standards cannot be permanently imported into the US unless the NHTSA determines they are eligible
Yeah I was confused when he said that, as my understanding was also that the 25 yr old law was only for cars not initially sold for american markets at the time. But since the RR wraith is sold in the US this shouldve been eligible for import
But cars sold in the US and those sold overseas are not necessarily the same. Lighting setups are different and engines can be different. Cars overseas won't have the required US stickers or paperwork.
The biggest thing is that this is RHD. That automatically makes it drastically different from any US sold Wraith.
@@y0usefwhile it could technically be possible, the issues are the amount of paperwork, modifications and money involved in legally importing, time and modifying it to US requirements would be huge.
The cons are that the Rolls is also worth less in the US being RHD, insurance would be more complicated.
