@25:05 During the interview, the investigators mention that Chelsea had brittle bone disease. Throughout my research of this claim, I could not find anywhere within the court documents if this was true. I had also found some articles and videos that claimed this was a ruse by the investigators and some that say that it is actually unclear whether this claim is was ruse or not. Since I was unable to verify with 100% certainty whether it was true or not, I did my best to touch on the matter without making it a major talking point. I apologize if this came across as slightly conflicting or confusing!

I wouldn’t allow the police in my house without a warrant under any circumstance, nor would I talk to them in an interrogation room. Cops are not there to exonerate you. They are always gathering evidence. Only a moron ( like the other poster in this thread) would agree to let the police ransack their house. Then again, they probably live with mommy.

No, its perfectly fine to not allow police to search through your personal things if they don't have to. There are a million reasons someone might deny that.
There could be personal things about them they dont want others to know that they could figure out if they did (e.g., sexual orientation), or they are reclusive and don't like people coming into their house, maybe their house is a gross mess because theyre a hoarder and too embarrassed. I was locked up in Monroe at the time with Daniel Clay. It was a different situation because he was in the basement in the high risk medical wing. It smelled absolutely terrible and was disgusting, akin to a goat farm from the mentally handicapped inmates he was locked up with. Anyways I was also down in the basement but in a different pod. They kept me down there the same reason as him, to be able to talk to the detectives easily. The thing was, the kiosk for commisary and your books was located in the medical wing with him. I talked with him many times cause they would leave you in there for an hour to walk or use the phone/kiosk. Anyways he was very insecure. He liked telling stories of how he was basically the shit and did lots of cocaine/xanax and would use bigger girls for their money. I could tell 50% of what he said was tall tales, but its not like you have much to do in there besides tell stories. He also maintained with 110% confidence he never beat her up, and the bruising and marks on her face came strictly from throwing the branches on her. He also didnt deny choking her out, just said he was drunk and on xanax and didnt realize what he was doing. I really think, he has done this before. He was so cool and calm about it and used it to try and make himself feel important and in the limelight. It was crazy to see a murderer just so stoically calm about ending life. In finality, im glad hes locked up, and he will never hurt another person.

What's disturbing was his lack of acknowledgement of how serious his crime was, explaining it away as an "accident".
Alright, if this was an accident, why didn't you call 911 at any time in the months after, to the point that you left other people to find Chelsea's remains? It doesn't matter if you might be "afraid" of being seen the wrong way, there was a clear attempt to conceal your trail and act like you were never involved, which makes the circumstances of her death even more suspicious. Eric for example ended up being on the list of suspects partly because he hesitated to report about the artifacts of Chelsea's costume for a week. It's just not something you should be withholding for a week, let alone over 5 months.
It's almost like this guy has been exhilarated that he did it and got away with it, before the detectives put him in his place.

@@bovineintervention276 This is a standard interrogation tactic. It happens all the time, nobody is forcing you to watch these interviews. The goal is to convince the creep that his actions are normal, so he lets his guard down.
Sure, it sounds awful, but you getting offended by this just shows that you dont give a shit about the victim or her family. The girl got murdered and all you care about is about your feelings. Piss off you selfish sob

@@bovineintervention276 true but agreeing with what a narcissist says during a confession is the best way to get them to elaborate as they always seek approval from others giving that approval makes them think they were correct and are allowed to continue talking in order to confess to a lower charge. The interrogator should’ve only said something like that if the suspect had paused and or presented the confession as a question, more over he should’ve provided the statement more broadly saying “Lots of people like to be chocked, thats normal” that would’ve been more appropriate and still provided the same effect

    Another great video brother.
The body language of the "do juan" the guy with bunch of baby mamas, who was also homeless at some point, says a lot.
In the beginning he was relaxed, talking as he was party buddy with detectives, joking around, one leg on the top of other, then as the questioning started going more intense, you can see the changes in his posture, both legs down, hands down ( probably sweating) no more a jokster, you can tell, fear and worry started creeping in, i mean just love how the detectives reeled him in.
Thanx for the video , cant wait for other one.
    Greetings

I spent most of my time when I was her age stumbling around parties and bars- it is so scary that people have to be afraid to go out and do anything. I’m sober 6 years now and anytime I see a video about her I always watch it. Thanks for the video! ❤

And just retired from nursing for 30 years, starting about 11 years later. I'm telling you this because I'm rooting for you, despite not knowing a thing about you, aside from what you've told us 2 weeks ago.
