I have watched your other videos about filling cartridges and the part where you take the thin metal pick and tap the valve (or spring loaded plunger) - that seems real important - because my 962 cartridges will leak. I see you smack them on your counter after refilling - but some leak - I notice you also take a little air our of them after refilling. Hopefully you can do another video doing the 962 cartridges - the after ink refill - where you tap and then take out air - I have tried to copy you... some of my refills work - but a lot leak. Anyway - this menu on the 9015 and 9018 I have not seen before - but I'll be doing this on all my printers. Thanks
@@galaxytheinter6332 I shut off the Firmware updates, then reset my printer to Default Factory Settings. Still getting the error message Non HP Chip Detected. My Printer is a Hp 9018. Any other suggestions to get a Non HP ink cartridge to work? Thanks

I will post it soon.
You will need filling tip it goes to the front of the syringe. So you won't get scratches on the plastic ball.
If the firmware already installed does that turn it off?
Resetting to Factory Settings might work
