All-purpose flour 240 grams, 3:13
Corn oil or salad oil(choose one) 125 grams, 3:17
• Ingredients for meat fillings,
Meat paste 150 grams, 0:43
Diced meat 150 grams,
Szechuan peppercorns water 20 grams, 0:57
Chicken powder a little, 1:00
Pepper powder a little, 1:06
Egg white of one egg, 1:12
Light soy suace 20 grams, 1:29
Ginger pieces 20 grams, 1:48
Green chinese onion pieces 30 grams, cooking
wine, sesame oil, salt, 2:05
• Preheat the oven for 10 mins to upper heat and bottom heat 170 degrees, Bake it for about 30 mins in middle of oven.
• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。

花椒水是自制的嗎?
这个配方做出来肉有点少皮有点厚稍微比较腻。当然这样比较好操作。建议掌握了以后肉皮比例调整一下。感谢老爸的食谱,每次照着做都很成功。
