I’ve found these to be great options as well. Another piece of apparal that works well is the Hames Comfort Flex Fit boxer briefs. I’ve been a chamois for every ride guy for about 25 years until my buddy wore these Hanes for the TNGA race (350 mile mtb race across the North Georgia mountain.) He had no issues. Now if I’m doing 8 miles or less, the Hanes Comfort Flex Fit boxer briefs breathe well and don’t have seams where they would cause irritation. Perfect.
I'll take a look into them! I do the same thing though HAHAHAHA If I'm going to be in the saddle longer than 1.5 hours I'll do chamois. I just typically wear some drifit boxer briefs. Appreciate the heads up!
I have the shorts version of those pants in grey (no elastic). I use them for mountain biking and swimming. Never had a single issue. I've had them for at least 5 years. On a related note, Wrangler flannels are fantastic as well.
Ohhhhh!!! I may need to look into the flannels! I've learned overr the years they do slight changes in the shorts. So, you really don't know what you have until you snag some HAHAHAHA But, over the years the quality have always been good! Appreciate you 😁
I haven't tried the Wrangler shorts but have worn the pants for last two years. They are very nice except for the rear pocket stitching. Blown out of both pairs I have (grey and black.)
@@chickensendies I use them for overlanding. Out in the brush with pants is always more recommended to help fight ticks. Plus there thinner and breath well in summer
$20 or so for clothes that were possibly made in the same factory as the MTB Brand . I only buy the name brand stuff when it's clearanced down to the Walmart prices.
i love real people , we all tend to have a mix and this is Most everyday, i have kit to show off lol and this to ride hard and Live in and Cost is the biggest factor , thank you for your work sir
I've been riding with that exact shirt for years. I have them in many colors and patterns and love them! I will say they snag and pill fairly easily, but at that price, who cares? I also wear them under open button downs and they look great! I'll have to try the pants, though I'm a bigger guy and they look like they might be too snug for me...
Unfortunately where I live in Ontario Canada those shirts went up to $25 and the shorts are $40! I have a few of the shirts and tank tops but haven't bought them in a year or so because of inflation. I started shopping on Amazon for fast drying joggers and fortnine for jerseys
Oh dang.... Definitely not a deal at those prices.... I wonder why the significant mark up? I know Canada and US money is not 1 to 1.... but, wowza 😅😅😅
@@chickensendies the government likes taxing people heavily for materials not made in Canada so basically everything is expensive and it's getting worse every year since the thing a few years ago
The pants are made for hiking. Which i do use the pants for hiking and riding my bike. The wranger pants are amazing.
Yep! Glad to hear so many agree with me HAHAHAHA Very nice for the price imo 😁

These wrangler pants and shorts is all I wear when I mountain bike. I have torn some pants riding some steep technical stuff hear in the Phoenix area.
Very nice!!!! I think they are definitely good for the price! I need to ride in Arizona!!! 😁😁😁

I've had this happen and did not realize it on a pair.... I put my cellphone in the pocket and it started to slide down the back of my leg.... 🤣🤣🤣
I have multiple pairs of the wrangler shorts and pants. Love them.
@kennygraves489 Right! Great, for the price 😁😁😁

I bike in the wrangler pants all winter , and sometimes in the shorts too , I also have Amazon shorts that I like 😊
I pretty much wear the wranglers all the time as well HAHAHAHA I think they are pretty nice!
Another Wrangler gear user! On the pants, look for the "slim" fit over the straight for the tapered leg
Cue the wrang gang! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Good info. I also find a lot of Fox gear at thrift stores
Ohhhhh! That could be interesting to look for. Appreciate it!

You do have a valid point there as well. Wish I would have looked into that now HAHAHAHA Appreciate the comment 😁
Great information, budget options are always good.
Thank you and I definitely agree! Appreciate you 😁

Great video! Thanks!
Thank you and glad you enjoyed it!

Always love a good budget video!
I think they are great options at the price 😁😁😁
That’s all we wear lol some fox stuff too
Just too good at the price 🤣🤣🤣
I rather spend on bike parts than clothes so this is great. I usually just buy budget MTB gear on Amazon, but I'll give those pants a try.
If you snag some let me know what you think!!! 😁😁😁
Honestly, I wear whatever shorts I happen to have, whatever Tracy buys me! I usually ride with Hawaian shirts!
Hawaiian shirts are the best! HAHAHAHA
Good info. Thanks. Who can object to a value?
They are definitely out there 😅😅😅 Appreciate it, Michael!!!
Hell I buy most of my mtb clothing from thrift stores & that's good enough for me.
Nothing wrong there!!! If it works it works! 😁😁😁
Have you gone down to Harmony state park?
I have not..... Is it worth a visit?
@@chickensendies totally worth it bro, good trails, nice historic town, check it out on Trailforks, I was down there in march, good riding
If you are going to come down this way you need to also check out Scales Lake Park. It has Griffin vibes as it’s built on strip mine land also.
@MYTHASDF been wanting to check out Scales for a bit actually!
@@chickensendies let’s go
All I buy and Burks stuff want make you cry if you get a snag or rip
Better not snag or rip it then 😅😅😅
I usually get stuff when its on clearance
Clearance is always a good option! 😁😁😁
No need to apologize for talking about good value gear options. We don't owe bike brands or local bike shops anything.
Appreciate it 😁😁😁 definitely some nice stuff from Wally World!
