- Mountain bike pants can be a great way to add protection from scrapes, scratches, and any unwanted attention to my pale legs. I find them to be the best riding attire for the lower regions. The issue though is that I very much dislike spending money, especially money I don't have.
So I set out on a quest to find the best budget mountain bike pants and by golly, I think I've done it. I hope you enjoy the video and hopefully, you too, can enjoy the best mountain bike pants on a budget under $100.

I will have to give the Andean Trail Pants a try. I bought a couple pairs of the FORBEMK for my son and he tore them up quick.
Nice! Sounds like your son is probably harder on bike pants than I am but the Andean Trails is definitely a tougher material than the FORBEMK. And cheaper too so that helps!

So no denier 600 or stuff with abrasion resistance?
I looked into dirtbike pants, but they add extra weight in the inside leg because of engine heat. So this is not the best option for a mountain bike or scooter.
Im still considering the Fox F16 though

So Andean you went with large even though you run a 32 inch waist?? Website shows large is for 36 inch waist. Do they run small??
I have not worn a medium but the size large is a decent fit for me. I would say they must run somewhat small given the Large is stated to fit 36 waist. They are not particularly baggy on me either.
