- World’s Best Probiotic Drink Beetroot Kanji. This Healthy drink is traditionally used to help aid digestion. Kanji is a tantalising fermented drink that is popular across India. In today’s video I will share how you can make an immunity-boosting kanji with beetroot and carrot at home.
While carrots are replete Vitamin C and beta-carotene, beetroot is full of antioxidants and vitamin C too that help boosts immunity. This drink is amazing to cure any issues related to digestion be it bloating, acidity or heart burn. And not just that, both these vegetables may help in aiding weight loss too!

Use 3% table salt of the total quantity and put a stone or anything to weigh down the carrots and beetroot otherwise black fungus will grow like in her preparation which she hurriedly mixed it up.

Because I live in Austria, and even though I love Kanji, I do not know, how to ferment it without very little (or practically no) sun. Any idea? Please also share a video on natural sugar substitutes... I was considering jaggery to be ok for diabetic and then found its not. Later dates to be a sugar substitute and again not...Please do share a video.
Jaggery and honey are good for normal people. But they worsen diabetic condition. Most people dont know this fact. But its far better than refined sugar due to minerals and enzymes.

In Faisalabad Pakistan we have black carrots which make extreme good kanji.
So do the people of North India....but those are seasonal, so the beetroot is a great substitute
