Black Bear Opens Homeowner’s Door

- A black bear decided to pop in for a visit at a New Jersey home. The bear used its mouth to open and close the doorknob. Homeowner Susan Kehoe captured the whole incident. She talked to the bear like it was a little kid for it to leave her home. Somehow Kehoe knew the bear wasn't done and asked the wild animal to close the door. The homeowner says she feels confident knowing what to do so the bear would not get aggressive. One of those reasons is that Kehoe happens to be a black bear biologist.
Bear has more manners and follows directions better then most adults I know.

A sweet woman does not feed a bear when she fully understands doing so almost always results in the need to destroy the bear. Search court records for her name, and you will find out just how evil this person is.
The way her door looks on the outside, the bear opened the door 100’s of times. She must feed and talk to those bears.
She definitely feeds them and has been ticketed for doing so. She's no bear biologist. She is an animal rights extremist from NJ that thinks its a great idea to condition bears not to fear humans. She is an absolute menace.

Removing the bears from their homes where they were living before the people decided to invade their home would be idiotic. This woman at least kept her composure and knew exactly how not to escalate the situation, unlike most people.
The poor thing is injured 😔 that’s what annoyed me about this report, and even by the comments on here. No one is mentioning that it appears to be hurt. Hope the best will be ok

The fact that she THINKS she has control over this bear is insane. This is how bears get killed by people treating them like pets. Les Trent was in danger too being around a Mom and baby. I live in bear country and have a deep respect for this apex predator.

And feeding wildlife is actually worse for them then shooting or killing them..they forget how to survive on their own..and if the person doing the feeding moves away or dies,the animals they were feeding will starve to death..

I used to live in Washington state, right on the border of Idaho. We had all kinds of wild life around us, including bears. The first time I saw a bear, it was a mama with her 2 babies! The mama was sitting under a tree with her legs stretched out looking for all the world like a giant teddy bear! It was the cutest thing I ever saw, till the babies came running when they heard me open the window! I miss living there!!

Black bears aren't normally dangerous they'll mostly run away. Grizzlies on the other hand well just pray to whatever God you believed because you'll see them soon.

My niece is 5& wants to be a wildlife rehabilitator for bears!! So we've started homeschooling her with a focus on math, English and science....and she *LOVES* it! She'll definitely be in Mensa.

What I noticed the bear seemed to have an injury over it's left eye. It kept touching the area with it's paw. Maybe it was looking for help?? It certainly was a sweet bear. Hope it's eye heals ok.
