OFFSHORE KAYAK FISHING - St. Lucie Power Plant!

Once you go Jack you never go back! I went out on the kayak in search of 'The Boils'.....the outflow pipes of the St. Lucie Power Plant. There were football fields worth of jacks and I got one to hit the topwater. Brought it home and made my favorite way to eat Jacks...Nicaraguan Salpicon. Try it and I promise you'll be shocked.
