Um... yellow marker bouys are an internationally recognized warning that there is submerged danger in the area, and you should stay clear. Much less _dive into it_. A scuba diver not knowing this is like a driver not knowing what a "stop" sign means. This guy needs to confine his diving to kiddie pools.
Our legal system is built off what is common knowledge for the average person. What you just mentioned definitely isn't common knowledge that the average person knows. Therefore, the owners of the property have a legal responsibility to make the danger obvious. And a few yellow buoeys strung out isn't enough. You should know that, considering you act like you're high on your own farts from how smart you are.

I agree but this gentleman entered a building that was clearly blocked of entrance and he clearly moved it pushed and move items out the way that were blocking him from entering the underwater building and still persuaded.

I am really sorry but in this case I find the suing completely ridiculous! It was THEIR OWN DECISION to ignore the buoy, it was THEIR OWN DECISION to break into that submerged structure that (by the way) was closed and had a protecting mesh that these two men decided to remove to get inside. Once inside the structure, it was THEIR OWN DECISION to dive down into that intake pipe . Being that said, yeah! He had that traumatic experience but it was because of his OWN DECISIONS! He should be happy and grateful to be alive despite his (and his friend's) stupidity and take responsibility as a grown man instead of trying to blame third parties for what happened to him as though he were a little boy. I understand that people in the United States are used to sue for everything but situations like this are completely ridiculous!

But didn’t you choose to enter the building, ignore the booey that said warning.. and even after moving the items blocking the entrance you still decided to go down and enter a place that was clearly not safe. Don’t sue just be smarter next time especially given your experience

I'm sueing FPL for the continuous buzz right now at a very low volume, wakes me up 4:30 its louder and then volume reduces its been going on now for two weeks its enough to cause emotional destress
And of course it's the power plant's fault..

Its not the power plants fault that you got pulled into the plant because you didn't look at the buoy in seen the safety warning to stay back.
There's also a mesh filter to prevent big objects like sharks or whatnot from getting sucked in.
