yes you can.
Here I test out the cheap HVLP with quality eggshell paint.

Great videos mate. Recently got myself a Wagner xvlp great piece of kit. Takes a while to get the spray pattern right though. Finally got my hands on some wrx satinwood so gonna dee how that sprays in a couple of weeks

Options are easy to apply paint.... Bedec MSP
Zinsser allcoat exterior.
Or going a Uc and two top coat finish.
Isomat, farrow and Ball... Bedec Aqua Advance, Tikkurila Everal Aqua.
Cheers, there's oil based paint on them at the moment.
How important Is room temperature to spraying. Do you warm your paints up first? Do you warm the rooms up before spraying .being winter and paint being much thicker . I've started using the isomat aqua this week nice stuff . But very thick how does it spray?
It's nice to work in a warm room... Paint at warm room temp is good. Or sometimes I'll put a blower heater on where the paint can warm up from that.
A drop of water can help. You don't want it too thin it runs like Zola Budd or too thick it's not flowing out nicely.
Think you could use something like this for automotive?
It'll depend what you're spraying.

Hi Phil, can you do a review of Lick Paint. I think it might be overpriced sub standard trendy stuff. Screw fix have started selling it. Mixed reviews.
I'll try get some. Indo have some brushes to have a go with.

Give it a good sand down.... For best results... A coat of acrylic undercoat... Or something like otex akva.
Then treat like any other surface... Emulsion it.
You may get away with a sand and a good quality emulsion over it..but may as well give it a good base to work with other paints.
