Dr Rall: Your earlier video seemed to establish that the Muse band does a superior job with regard to sleep tracking. I'm curious as to why you report in this video using a Whoop strap and Oura ring to track sleep during your most recent effort to improve your health habits? Thanks!
They are easier to wear so more people are using them. It is really interesting to compare the data. And it helps my content reach a larger audience :). I am putting out a deep dive on limitations of the Oura ring next week so be on the lookout for that David. Thanks!
