Giving away my 2 in 1 foam roller & Natural Beauty skin drink for my weekly subscriber giveaway this week!
I’ve tried every device, I think- just got a new one! lol Can’t wait too see ur roller! 😅
Your advice is Always helpful!!❤
I love your videos I definitely wanna try natural beauty!🩷
💓
I would love to win the roller, now, that looks like you would defiantly see a result!!! I have 2 hand held rollers. Soooo hard to do without getting tired quickly and can’t reach the areas. That’s my struggle. I’m disciplined and I am able to do it every day with repetitions of three sets of 20 sometimes a little bit more. That’s not my issue. My issue is I can’t reach the areas. All the time. It gets so tiring.!!!😅😅
I turn 37 next week, 2 kids later and I have lost almost 60 pounds and I'll be honest I don't care anymore what anyone thinks. I have worked my butt off to get to where I am. That to me is liberating! I am wearing the shorts and all, I don't care. That being said you do you. Every woman is beautiful to me ❤
What a wonderful thing to say❤❤ great work!
❤
Love it!❤❤❤❤
❤❤❤❤
Being in my 50’s, the cellulite struggle is real. I have started dry brushing everyday, and have changed my fitness to strength training 4 days a week. I have totally noticed a difference in the appearance and my legs don’t feel so lumpy. Thanks for this video.
Good reminder that no matter what size we are, most of us have cellulite. We don’t want to be obsessive about it but much rather enjoy life and be healthy.
There is an article in the NYtimes today about whether we should drink coffee when we get up or wait. The doctor who wrote the article said it is ok to drink first thing. I never had any cellulite until I turned 50 years old. I get 2 massages a month and I just try to love my body.
I have always struggled with cellulite. Doesn’t stop me from wearing shorts and skirts. Self love and confidence comes from with in! ❤
Coffee: ✔️
Foam roller: Thinking of buying it
Hydration: improving (but with Natural Beauty.... Would be game changer!!)
Thank you for your videos!!
I’m approaching 53 and cellulite is new for me. I’m being gentle with myself because my body is going through a lot right now. Thanks for the tips and information to help along the way.
This was my first time watching your video. Very well done. I’m 64 and have always been a runner and did weights and ate right took vitimans. Two years ago I had toe surgery and it changed what I ever had learned or done. No running. Depression. Sadness. I have now started back with yoga stretching and trying to mow my lawn and walk normal again which still I can not do. Now it has to be fused. So if you choose me for your products I could really use them as my once very strong body has changed so much. I will continue to watch your videos as you are very informative. Thk you so much. I also had a laminotomy and a discectomy in January. I have really been thru it. Have a great day. I am subscribed. 😊🏃♀️➡️🐶I use to run with my huskies. Not anymore but hope to soon.
Thank you for saying that cellulite is 100% normal. I love your content! It's always insightful and uplifting. Keep up the great work!
As a woman in my 30s I have been noticing a lot of things not going away as easily as it used to (belly fat, cellulite, dark spots on my skin) I have started adding in things to my routine to hopefully help get everything to where I want it and these tips have helped shed some light on what simple things I can do to help. Thanks!!! ❤
Thank you so much for saying that it's 100% normal to have cellulite and that it doesn't have to represent your fitness/weight and where you should be. I eat clean and workout/teach fitness classes regularly and it can feel not normal to have this on my thighs (front and back). Appreciate you and all your tips!!
Great tips and reminder to love our bodies at every stage. Thank you Katie for always being so encouraging! 🥰
I have had cellulite since I was 12 years old. I’m in shape but older so anything I can do is helpful! Love hydration and electrolytes; I incorporate them on a daily basis! Thank you for all of your knowledge!
This video could not have come out at a better time! I’m 5 months postpartum and I’ve started noticing cellulite, which I’ve been afraid of getting or having it get out of control. I’m so happy that there are tips and tricks that aren’t expensive or time consuming! Thank you💕
I love how real you are about this topic. I’m very lean and healthy but sometimes struggle with cellulite and it makes me so self conscious. Great reminders in this video. Much love!
2.5 months postpartum and consciously being thankful for my postpartum body and what it has done for me in bearing and birthing my 3 kids. Getting back into routine workouts and I would love to win the foam rollers and natural beauty 🥰
Hi! I'm 3 weeks late watching this, so you probably won't see my comment. But, just wanted to thank you for sharing this with us. Long story short, I'm tall, very slender, but have noticed in the past idk... 6 yrs I started to get more cellulite which I never had to deal with as I was a dancer (ballet, etc.) up until my early twenties and my entire body was so toned and my fav part of my body were my butt and legs. I eat well, and I already take marine collagens daily. I just need to get my booty lifted and nice and tight again and a bit on my upper back thighs. I know I need to focus on the weight training, but I for sure need your roller set, so I'll get that. I have a dry brush but never use it! That's what I need to do too, plus use the many tightening creams I have. Again, thank you so much for these important reminders 💜 💕 😊
I love that you first focus on body positivity and just being healthy, not what size you are! I love these little tips also
For some reason every time I’m going through something you come out with a video very parallel to what I’m going through and it ALWAYS helps me. This week it’s been cellulite :) I wasn’t seeking anything out on how to reduce it but I watch yur videos EVERY week and you just happened to make a video about it. I love how parallel we are to each other and I love how much yur videos help me all the time! :) I am also trying to get my skin back on track and get rid of my acne so I want to get your Natural Beauty product and I’m excited to see how it helps!❤️
I am so grateful to have found your channel. I know there is always an element of performance on UA-cam but that's because it's your job and you want to present yourself well, but you are so calm, real, and normal even so. I like how you mention mowing neighbors and in other videos loud birds and just REAL LIFE things that happen while recording. It really makes it seem more like a conversation that a speech. Thank you.
These are some great tips I can't wait to try them out. My body changed so much after having my two kids still learning to love the body I have now. I have to remind myself that everyone has cellulite and it doesn't diminish my worth.
YES!!! 100%
I am 67 years old and appreciate your informative YT channel. I found the information you shared on this topic very interesting! Thank you!
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few years ago but have never taken meds for it. My cellulite has gotten so much worse since then and now I know why! I had no idea there was a connection.
I am new to your channel. I am 63 and have had cellulite for years. Love foam rolling! Feels so good! Thank you beautiful
I never worried about my stretch marks from my pregnancy or my cellulite until recently. I have been really embarrassed to show my belly !) because I feel very bloated due to poor diet and 2) my cellulite is on my belly too. Would love to try these products you mentioned. Thank you for the information you always share
Thanks for sharing these tips! I love that you emphasis that it is normal and okay to have cellulite, but that it’s also ok if you want to change that too! Love the perspective of embracing our bodies!
My wedding is this October and I been working my my butt off to lose weight. since January 1st I've lost 45 lb and still going. but now I just got all the extra skin I m trying to tone.
I noticed my cellulite since 4th grade and have always been embarrassed by it. I am naturally thin as well and have been fit. I’m 40 now and noticed that it’s getting worse. Thanks for all of your tips!!
I look forward to your videos each week. Started incorporating a morning routine from a few of your tips and can tell a huge difference in my body and even mental health. Thank you ❤
In the last 4 years I have gained 40 pounds. Its been kind of depressing. I have lost my self love. Watching your videos has made me see how easy it can be to care for myself. Thank you for all your advice and tips and tricks. Today is the day! 💕
Hi Katie! I look forward to your videos every week! You have given me so much encouragement and amazing advice! I have struggled with cellulite since I was a teenager. It’s just in my genes. Now that I’m 40, I’m not as self conscious, but still love to hear tips on keeping it reduced. Have a great Sunday. 🫶🏻
Hi Katie, I've followed you for years now, but I fell off the wagon a little bit this past year. After having some testing done last week, I am ready to get healthier! The testing was from a naturopathic standpoint, and foam rolling/dry brushing were suggested to me to encourage lymphatic drainage. Everything you said aligns beautifully with what they have said to me. This video came up in my notifications today and I see it as a sign from the Universe! You helped me get there once, I know I can trust you to get me there (the healthy way) again! LSF strong!! 💪💞 You look happy, healthy and overall amazing!! Much love and many thanks!! 💓
I the cellulite on my thighs has gotten so bad. I try so hard not to be self conscious about it but its hard. I catch myself mentioning it in front of my 21 year old daughter and then kicking myself. I dont want her getting a complex from my insecurities.
I LOVE these tips! This is a recent struggle of mine that I try not to be self conscious of, yet it still bothers me. I appreciate you sharing more about caffeine because I don’t want to give up my morning coffee!!!!! Thank you for sharing your story & knowledge! Doing what I can to feel at my best!
Very helpful information, I’ve been super frustrated with the cellulite , despite strength training, increasing water and losing 16lbs in the last 8 months. Praying for good results! 🙏🏻
I've heard/read collagen is only effective if you consume it. But, you still see it in tons of different lotions and creams.
yea I don't know that topical collagen does much
I was hesitant on your products at first, but I wanted a protein powder that I'd actually drink so I took a chance. Now I am loving your products and can actually feel a difference when using them! Especially the mood boost. Thank you for creating products that actually do what they say and have clean ingredients!
Thanks for all you do for your viewers!!!!! Why do my legs feel so tight, almost swollen, when I get down on my shins and shift back onto my butt?
🙏🤗💓
Katie, I have hypothyroidism, Hashimoto, RA and Lupus. Having hypothyroidism, I have gained 40 pounds gradually through the years! I drink a gallon of water a day and still feel so dehydrated! Great tips! ❤️
I have been struggling with cellulite more so now than ever, thank you for sharing everything in this video!
My cellulite is all it my hamstring area, so I’ve been making that area a focus in my strength training. I have definitely noticed a decrease in cellulite now that things are firming up back there! Thanks for these tips!!
I do a lot of HIIT workouts, I track my macros, strength training, watch calories, drink my water. I had a hysterectomy last June and have noticed a little cellulite in my stomach. Never had a stomach before ugh. So frustrating! I do workout hard and consistently and am very conscious. So frustrating. Love all of your videos
Love this. After two babies in the last two years I struggle with it so hard on my booty back of my thighs. These tips are wonderful. ❤❤
Hi love!! This was super helpful and motivating! I have four boys and have worked so hard and have maintained a weight loss of 75 pounds for years but have gotten to a point where losing the last 10 that i would love to lose feels impossible. Your videos have helped me immensely in not giving up and moving forward! Thank you for this beautiful!! 💖💖 Cheers to living a fulfilling and healthy existence!!
I really struggle with cellulite especially on my legs and booty. I try to not care but I do. It's really hard to not notice it when looking in the mirror. I want to love my body. Its just a struggle. I have lost about 70 pounds. I have tried several different creams or lotions and nothing has helped. I have never seen the foam roller. I hope whoever wins that it helps them. ❤
I praise you for talking openly about cellulite and giving us tips. Because I feel it's not talked about because of shame. I have cellulite in my bum and thighs and I hate it but I have to do something about it. 🙏❤
I recently found out that I have hypothyroidism so I’m loving your channel. And I have created a morning coffee with collagen and other things that I’m absolutely loving thanks to your suggestions..
Hi! I love your channel! I have hypothyroidism and Addison's disease and have always struggled with cellulite! Thanks for always being a positive role model! 💗
I'm 57yrs old. I have cellulite and it's not appealing. I started eating healthy and walking in January and am down 20lbs. Still have 20 more lbs to go. Thank you for your videos
I have lost 65 lbs. since last August & still going. Your videos hhave bcome a part of my routine on sundays to meal & workout plan.
I've had cellulite all my life & all the sizes that I've been! Still rocking the short-shorts!
Thanks for the top tip on foam rolling. I'm going to get back into this ❤
Love how real and honest you are! Great video ✨🫶🏼
Thank you! So happy you're loving my channel
Hi, I am 65 and I am a personal trainer, and building muscle helps a lot with cellulite, and agree with with a lot of what you said, great vedio.
Just discovered your chanel and I'm in love! I am in my 50's and going through menopause ...I had some cellulite though recently has got worse. Love your tips ...thank you
You not only make great videos but also provide great advice for all of us. I from now on will watch your videos for tips. Love you so so much❤❤❤
Your sign off in this video made me smile. Thanks Katie! Happy Hump Day!
I started having coffee later on after breakfast has been said and done a while. You likely were the one who gave me the idea!! 😊 I find it helps me to snack less/ eat healthier breakfast versus just “what do I LIKE to eat paired with coffee?”
🎉❤
New here❤❤❤just turned 37 and I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism about 4 yrs ago, struggle for me to deal with it.. I always feel my levels are off and not knowing how to navigate. Ty for sharing ❤❤❤
I would LOVE to try both products especially the drink mix. I have been learning so much from you!!!
Thanks, Katie! I've always struggled with cellulite off and on. Now that perimenopause has hit, it's increased & ugly. I will definitely try your tips! Thank you. ❤
I've read a lot on this topic, but you still managed to surprise me with some of the advice. Thank you!! 😊
Thank you, Katie! I love your videos - you are so inspiring to me. I’m 60 and have been following you for a few years. I’m ordering Natural Beauty next! 🥳👏👏🙋♀
I NEEDED to hear this! Habits that I have been iffy about and you just convinced me! Thank you ❤
I’m dealing with perimenopause. Making weightloss harder.
Just read some great new research on this and the tie to weight gain / weight loss really being because of muscle loss. Even more important to be getting enough protein & strength training 🫶🏻
That pink looks amazing on you!
Oh yes, pink is your color you look so fresh and pretty!
I’m 57 and as much as I you try cellulite is part of our life. It’s what makes us humans. We should try and keep aware to keep the appearance less but it’s ok. I’d love to win the collagen to try it. Every time I see you drinking it and you explaining all the benefits makes me want to get it. Unfortunately $ has been tight due to health issues but hopefully one day I’ll try it. Love your bodies ladies. And thank you for this lovely video showing us all its okay!
Love your content and appreciate your comment that cellulite is normal. A new struggle for me as I hit mid-50's and deal with hypothyroidism. Never made the connection.
For some reason, my cellulite is worse on one side than the other. I'm not embarrassed by it, but I'm always willing to improve it if there are reasonable methods. Thanks for the tips!
Me too!
This can be caused by crossing your legs when sitting
What a fabulous video filled with so much info. You were spitting gold. lol. I am so grateful. I am going to watch this one again and take some notes. I am 45 and I feel like over night my skin is so dry bumpy and loose. I am with in a great weight range for my height. I actually lost 100lbs naturally 4 years ago. It just seems like the day after my 45th birthday the cellulite came back and my skin dried up. Thank you again for being you and posting this.
Great video Katie !!! Your makeup looks fabulous. Would you link your makeup look products. Your eyes look especially pretty. I always look forward to your emails and videos because you always give such wonderful information in a very sincere and kind manner !
I LOVE my coffee & something I learned a while back was if you drink coffee before food, it impacts your absorption of nutrients from any food or vitamins you consume in the 2-3 hrs after drinking it. So swampjuice, water, breakfast then coffee now and I hav3 seen a huge difference in cognitive function, energy and more♡
Loved these helpful tips, I am 17 weeks pregnant and have cellulite that I want to improve. Didn't realize that foam rolling can help so much!
Thanks for the video! I just got the MOVE app two weeks ago and am loving it. I do Olympic weightlifting 3 days a week and your app has been great for the days in between 💕
Are males less susceptible to cellulite?🤔 I just realized I never really thought about it before - but I feel like I see it less on male bodies. I guess it would kinda make sense if estrogen plays a role. Anyway, love your videos Katie!💖🫶
Thank you for all of the great advice, tips, and tricks that are tried and true! Appreciate you!
Thank you for making this video. I’ve been trying to reduce my cellulite for years!
I've never had a problem with cellulite until I went through menopause. Now I do, and it's really frustrating. I've never heard of foam rolling before, so thank you for the information in this video. I'd like to give it a try.
Thank you for the useful tips! 💖 Your skin looks amazing btw! 🥰
Thank you so much for all the tips I really really enjoyed the video!! Can’t wait for the next one next week! 😊❤ I want to try the move app! All your videos are inspiring and motivating to me I appreciate you posting for us!
Thank you for sharing! I appreciate all the little tips! Always a good reminder❤
In my mid 20s and I have really struggled this past year with the way my thighs look. This video gives me hope that I can gain more confidence 😅🩷
Perfect timing for this video! Thanks for the helpful tips 🤍🤍
I never had cellulite until after Covid! I think it was the inactivity that brought it on. Just recently bought a fascia blaster and plan to incorporate your tips too! Thank you! ✨
I've had cellulite since I was a skinny teenager. You're 💯 right - sometimes it looks really bad & sometimes minimal, but it's always there. I need to try foamrolling & adding salt to my water. Thanks for the info, Katie! ❤
The best way to lose cellulite is to eat 0 g of dietary fat. It is impossible to exercise on a low-carb keto or carnivore diet. If you want to get super lean and tone, it is zero fat diet with clean, lean carbohydrates, such as fruit, rice, pasta, corn potatoes, and these will give you insane energy levels and make it so easy to train as hard as you can to get them maximum results, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪
Thank you for all of these great tips. I'll definitely work on incorporating them into my daily routine. ❤
Oooo! I LOVE that it has a bumpy roller and regular roller all in one! Sooo cool! AND the colors are awesome! I totally need to do this! WOOT!! WOOT!! :) Thank You!🤗 for the great tips!💗
I agree about the coffee on an empty stomach. After 20 years of drinking multiple coffees per day on an empty stomach along with other variables, I gave myself acid reflux. Now I drink herbal coffee with protein milk like Ripple.
You’re gorgeous girl! Thanks for the great tips!! Definitely gonna add salt to my water & get a lotion with caffeine. That foam roller is so pretty!! Been wanting to try your natural beauty supplement for awhile..
Hey
I’m 30 and a mother of a 2 year old boy. I’m raising him alone, so sometimes my days can be pretty stressful. That’s why I’m drinking a loooootttttt coffee. But I’m trying to reduce it. Some days better than others.
I don’t have any overweight but I’m fighting against cellulite since puberty. I really like your advices. I also use my left over coffee grounds mix it with coconut oil and use that as a scrub on my legs and butt. I do that daily. For me that helps pretty good too.
Greetings from Austria ❤
Thanks so much for sharing your expertise Katie - love watching your channel! ❤
Really on point with hormones and diet. Thanks for sharing your experience and challenges with cellulite and what's helped you! 😊
I NEED all the cellulite HELP ❤❤❤ thanks for this video loved it!
Just subscribed! Found your channel today, and everything you have said makes sense. You explain in great detail, but make sure it is not boring!
Hi, Thanks for all your health and nutrition tips! I love all your suggestions to help us be our best self!!:)
Such a great video Katie!!
I dry brush & foam roll - and it helps a ton with cellulite! You taught me well!
You’re so amazing! I’ve been following your channel for over a year now and so look forward to your videos! Thank you & pick me! ☺️
I'm new but loving this channel!!!
Welcome! So happy you’re here 🤗
Adding salt to my water in the morning has been a game changer for my hydration. Great suggestions.
