Hello I am a teacher. May I receive a sample or minimum quantities (I pay don’t worry) of all those surfactant? I would like to do a laboratory of some detergent preparation wit the students. Please let me know
Hi @knl6319, the fragrance we used for this formulation is micro-capsulation, it's a kind of protection technology, the scent of the fragrance is protected in a resin shell. If you want to know more about this, stay tuned and follow us and we'll make a video for that one.
@@knl6319 Yes dear. It's completely normal for your detergent formula to appear hazy when using microcapsule fragrances. These microcapsules are larger molecules that do not dissolve in water, which can result in a cloudy appearance. To ensure these microcapsules remain evenly distributed throughout the detergent, it is crucial to include a suspending agent in the formula. This helps maintain the consistency and effectiveness of the product. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please feel free to ask!
@@IamAli89 Benzyl alcohol is indeed used in many formulations, including detergents, as a solvent and preservative. It can also enhance the fragrance by acting as a fixative, helping to stabilize and preserve the fragrance components. However, it should be used in low concentrations to avoid potential skin irritation and ensure safety.
Permanent water hardness is caused by Magnesium and Calcium ions and we're trying to reduce that using EDTA or STPP so we can use salt containing either of them in the formulation. Also, sodium chloride (NaCl) is cheaper and easier to find it. For more info about that just follow us and subscribe to get more updates.

Hi, thanks for sharing info about sodium chloride (NaCl), what i wanna ask can we use Magnesium sulfate (MgSO₄) instead of NaCl for thickening?
