Going along with what you were saying about there being no channels on the legs for power or LAN, I wonder about other floor-standing equipment - sub and UPS being the obvious ones, but many have their PC on the ground too, so it's disappointing that this desk doesn't have management for controlling cables as the desk changes height. I'm 20 stone / 127 kg right now - fat, not muscle - and I'd have to remember that it couldn't hold my weight with everything else. I bought the Black Laminate desk. Fully upgraded it with the Elgato Multi Frame and Desk Extensions and Side Peg Boards Kit. What I ended up with is equal to the Creator's Edition. I went with the Black Laminate because it was slightly cheaper. I was worried the Rubberwood with Dark Walnut stain might warp (since that's what happens to the material apparently). Even though I did save some money, the wood version does look a lot more premium. This isn't trying to compete with cheap ikea stuff, it's trying to be a hig- end home-office desk that will last a lifetime. quality product. the motor looks strong when you moved it up and down, didnt hear any frequency pitch changes. Then again, its not far off the price of my last car lol

I ordered a Corsair Plattofrm 6 Creator Edition. The package with the multi frame, which costs over 300 euros, has been missing for 12 days. No one from Corsair can tell me when I will get my package, but they can charge almost 2k euros from my account in advance, that's what Corsair can do. I think the table and the bad delivery service from Corsair via UPS is worth a maximum of 1,000 euros and not 2,000 euros.

Yes, there are a few videos under "CORSAIR LAB". As mentioned in this video, especially with some of the printing errors (images also), it was a bit confusing sometimes. The videos helped a lot, but there were still some things that could've been explained better. One example is how to install the T-nuts.
I am curious about the weight of the PC you have in this video. I have a Lian Li 011 dynamic XL and it's pretty much full and I'm not sure if the extension will hold it.
I use an LG CX 49" TV as my monitor. Do you think putting that TV on the stand would work and still allow for the use of the multi frame behind and above it?

exactly ... and i think this is the same for the majority of people. You set your desk up so that its laid out and youre comfortable i just think these raising desks are pretty much a gimmick. My son has one never moved it once. Thats not to say that some people out there will use the functionality of it. For me personally i have things like Track IR set up so i wouldnt use it for fear of putting my settings out on things like that
So it's a bit expensive but thats quite a fair bit on engineering thats gone into developing something quite bespoke. You could try and recreate it but it would not come out this good unless you really know what you are doing.
All of the cables from the pc and peripherals are ran to the cable tray under the desk. Then it's just the main two power cables from each extension and the ethernet cable that need slack for when it's in standing mode.
Yeah. The included monitor arm only supports two monitors. I'm pretty sure you could attach another one to the rail if you needed three though. I didn't have another single monitor arm to test that though unfortunately.
Tah for being the Beta Tester for an unfinished product! LOL!!! Honestly; your "nit picks" shouldn't have made it to Alpha, never mind the shopfloor. The extension your PC is sat on appears to jut from the line of the main top. Things like that'd be enough to annoy me into tipping the whole thing over time. At this price-point the devil is in the details and plasticrap a no-brainer; never mind insubstantial plasticrap. The running; tidying; and hiding of cables shouldn't fall short at 90% done. A miss is a mile as they say. A model review as always: I'll be waiting for a revision; anyone else's and I'd probably be waiting for delivery by the weekend it is THAT close to ideal!
This desk is too expensive. And honestly these side extension look very weird, as the are seperate pieces. And the mount on the back... it has some good ideas, but honestly, it doesn't look premium, that is something i would expect with this very high pricetag.

That racking Is very bespoke makes it more worth the money compared to some of other standing desks.
I’m a big believer in standing desks and insist on using one of these at work. Pretty cool they have made a gaming version.
So I think I’m going to have to build an extension on my house to accommodate this.

"It's not a cheap desk" - that's an understatement. That's a bank loan for some of us. Plus, it certainly is a lot of work to put it together.

To be fair those motors are pretty silent the amount of noise that came through on my speakers is minimal.a

I got a standing desk from another manufacturer. They cost the earth. Do feel healthier while standing but some things are just better sitting down.

You wouldn't be able to put it on the monitor arm but you could use on it's stand. It might interfere with the desk cubby storage though.

Yeah, it's the little things that let it down a bit, especially considering the price. I was quite shocked by the plastic trays to be honest.
