I've read online that the MyLink system in the Sonic and Spark are designated as a BYOM MyLink. So that's how you can differentiate between them when you refer to them. Also, mad props for having 'Tiny Dancer' on your iPhone. One of the best songs out there! lol
Thank you so much for this video. I test drove a Sonic RS (loved it btw.) We couldn't figure out why hitting the talk button on the steering wheel for Bluetooth calling didn't work right. I guess it was passing Siri's 'de-dink" but we couldn't hear it. Does my phone's silent switch need to be switched off?

Only the BringGo app is compatible at this time we are told. GM would not comment on other apps in the future.

As far as I know, the MyLink system cannot be added later, but your dealer can give you a definitive answer about your vehicle.
GM tells us that the app is not available yet but "should be soon"
All data services are provided by a bluetooth-linked smartphone.
Did you forget to mention it's also on the Cruze, or was it not there at the time?
The Cruze cam a bit later.
