I would say this was absolutely insane ... but then I remembered that this all took place in Chicago so it made sense. lol
Hate to be this guy but since no one else was im gonna be the hero we need not deserve. Elgin is not chicago!!
@@cassi03 Oh was it? Sorry, I could've sworn he said Chicago, my bad.
Ya, that's what I was going to say, after they mentioned Fox River.
Soon as I commented, then they show the casino....
Go figure.
So is Bryce from around here?
Elgin Watch Company and the state looney bin @ 31 & 20 would be a few things to look up if you go to Google about the area.
@@cassi03 Yah Elgin is one of the suburbs of Chicago. Northwest suburb I believe. No way this is chicago, more like Chicagoland area.
The crime man the crime
Dude if you ever get anything on camera of someone committing a crime (even the guy who chucked his gun in the water) ALWAYS give that to the cops no matter how unimportant you think it might be.
Exactly
"There's a fire going, there was just a car accident, and we found three guns."
They call it Chiraq for a reason. Good stuff, got me hyped to try this from a boat near some local bridges.
totally makes me want some magnets for when i take my boat out. i watch the divers that go looking for stuff, but damn, i can do this easily.
I've never heard of Chiraq....what is it?
"I wasn't LUCKY, I stopped, I waited"
And here, we have a conscientious rider/driver. He was aware of the situation, he didn't make any rash moves, AND he's doing his duty to hang around to give his statement. Either this man's never been in accident or he learned his lesson fast, cause that's how you do your due diligence.
Reasons someone throws a gun, off of a bridge, into the water:
1) It was used to kill someone.
2)hmmm....That's all I got!
there's a bit of a meme in the gun culture sphere of 'losing all your guns in a freak boating accident' as the reason you'd give to anyone trying to confiscate them why they're not in your house. Some people take it literally and go out boating with all their guns and toss them in the pond/river. Fkin boomers.
2)it was stolen and they wanted Stu get rid of it before the cops get to it
So, I am on bed rest with a spine broken in 2 places. I wanted to say thank you for sharing your adventures. It makes me feel alive and almost like I'm investigating along with you. I also have to commend you for being so ethical and responsible with all the items you find. God bless and I'll be praying that you are safe on your adventures too. Take care and be well.
Cheers,
Heather
from Ontario, Canada.
I hope you will recover soon
That sounds horrible...I am so sorry. I will send you thoughts for health, wellness and healing.
Hope you get better I was on bed rest because I died and got brought back to life I was dead for 6 minutes and was in the hospital for 8 months because I got hit by a surfboard and I broke my lower back and I can’t walk anymore but I’m happy now hopefully you don’t get paralyzed to
Total healing for you, in the Name of Jesus Christ, our Great Physician, Provision, and most of all, our Salvation.
I’m sorry to hear that we’ll I’m glad your enjoying the video.
"I can punch in my SD card if you have a laptop" Cop: No..thats ok i'll just get it from whoever" Speaking as an IT guy. This guy needs to be awarded honors and promoted or a pay increase.
Yeah, public administrator here - we do not accept SD Cards from outside of our our administration either - before they have been cleared by our IT Security Department.
And to think you guys weren't really thinking of doing much. Good stuff and glad to see Bryce and you back at it. Thanks for sharing.
that dude is like...on to much caffeine - Love the enthusiasm but ya he's a bit over hyped
Wow! Such an exciting day! THREE GUNS!! Seeing Bryce get so excited made me laugh out loud.
Me too, although my wife, who was sitting next to me, said that his excitement was getting a bit annoying
"oh my gosh, what the heck is going on today?"
Today? Nothing.
That's just Chicago.
Bryce needs to switch to decaffeinated! What a hoot. 😂
The pointy screw like thing is an idle mixture adjustment screw for a carburetor. The first gun looked like a 38 special.
Just posted that 3 months later, then was reading down the comments. This sounds like a "Tell me you are over 50 without telling me you are over 50..." comment :)
@@scottmcelhiney323 it's common knowledge though
You guys ought to check out the San Antonio Riverwalk. The River Authority drains it every January to pull the tables, chairs, cell phones, beer bottles, shoes and the occasional treasure thrown in by tourists.
You can check out the Alamo while you’re there.
The second pistol is a Browning "Baby" .25acp. They've been banned from import into the US since 1968. And since that does not appear to have been in a river for over 50 years, that's recent.
I’m glad you two weren’t hurt, but y’all had a wild day! Great video!
Just a point, I know you get all excited and the like when you find things like guns....but for your safety and well being I highly recommend toning it down and being a bit more...not emotionless but maybe a bit more nonchalant. I saw a video previously from a similar location where the Police advised the magnet-fishers to be aware of their surroundings and the people going by taking a distinct and sudden interest in the finds and being incredibly sketchy/exhibiting worrying behaviour.
Especially considering they were in Chicago
Blah blah blah
You are in "CHICAGO" stop screaming gun gun
What do you think “toning it down a bit” would help if a sketchy person comes by? Seriously.
@@SoSpankMe any little bit would help to not bring the wrong kind of attention to yourself
6:00 that's a needle valve for a carburetor or some other device that mixes liquids and solids.
Dani, most awesome video yet! I look forward to everyone you release.
What will happen next? Stay tuned...... You won't be disappointed.
That "wagon wheel" looks like a wheel from a railroad porter's trolley.
Looks like the small revolver is still cocked. Holy cow Dani. You had the day of a lifetime out there. Awesome.
It blows me away. How much crap is in our waters. And thats just the magnetic stuff !
Lmao there's just chaos and the cop was just like yeah normal afternoon
I think the wheel is from a dock cart like they used to use in a warehouse or rail terminal. Considering the railroad iron found this makes sense.
Your friends geekin is makin me giggle lol.
5:47 that silver thing is definatly a firing pin from a gun
"Warshers" bro, i cant!!!😂
He's brave getting in that water it looks thick and nasty
For sure!
love the energy combo between you 2 , awesome vid ,
I recognized the small firearm. It is a .25 cal (fires the .25 Browning Auto) compact carry. They were very popular in the late 70’s due to their concealability and have recently started making a comeback.
Exactly what I came to the comments to find out.
Looks like a Beretta Tomcat .22.
@@jk-76 it had a Browning logo it’s a .25 cal Browning.. I noticed it right away their logos are much larger oval than a tomcat circle.
They haven't been made in a while my dude, I would love one in .22
They were popular in the 70s because the US gov banned their import for 'no sporting purpose' in the Gun Control Act of 1968. There've been a couple of US made copies, but none were ever as good, or reliable as the original Browning design.
He sold the design for that pistol to Fabrique Nationale in Belgium in the early 1900s, I think.
Literally the best magnet fishing video on UA-cam.
After commenting on the water condition I'm surprised Bryce went in.
item found that you called a rail clamp is actually called a rail anchor, used to prevent rails from twisting.
Since this video is 9 months old for me, you've probably already been told that the silvery spike-looking thing that you asked what it was is a firing pin to a rifle.
"Why is my rope so slimy?"
Dude, its Chicago...
YES YOU TELL THE COPS! WTF? SMH! Not to mention you got him on camera! Holy cow!
You may already know, but at 14:03, that brown thing on top of the pole is some type of insulator, probably for old fashioned telephone lines. Some of them are very collectible and worth a lot of money. One more treasure from your trash!
Never know what you will find magnet fishing. And this time you even had some eye candy. lol
Sweet finds! I'm gonna have to go back and see how many times you all said "bro!"
Dude said Chicago. Y'all need a police escort for that detail 😂
Welcome to Chicago guys. Whether Lake Michigan or the rivers smell and are slim. Keep going and your probably going to find a LOT more guns
Your "wagon wheel" probably came from an ole warehouse 4 wheel cart. But sill very cool!
You guys broke the time line by magnet fishing right there that day
Wow your friend got really excited….he really need to calm down before he explode
Wow! What a day!!! Great video guys!!!
"Its metal"... Well, that's how magnets work... Lol..
The best Magnet Fishing video ever! You Guys Rock! 🧲💪
Thank you
I love these videos. There is an abundance of places near my home I could fish. Any recommendations on a good beginner set? Please advise.
Hey Dani Dip you
can buy those
gloves in the
garden sections

fishing.
Welcome to Chicago brotha😂😂😂
You guys had a crazy eventful day! Goddamn lol.
As a fellow Hoosier, it’s natural for weird stuff around you all the time, must be a side effect of Indiana’s weather being on the random setting.
What an exciting day y'all had... good job guys
All that in 1 afternoon? That's nuckin' futs!
Yes Anthony one day
well i think someone said the forbidden words. if anyone is in emergency services, you know what im talking about.
Bryce just oozes bro culture
Wow Dani.. You have a gun honey hole at that bridge. It was so nice of you both to help that fella that was in that car accident. They person that ran from the scene will get caught as it was all on camera. Now that guy will have more charges for taking off. Have a great day my friend 😀
We helped them catch the guy
@@danidip That's great to hear. I hope all the people that were injured will recover quickly.
This is the craziest shit i've watched in a while.
Nice, you're on the Chicago street Bridge in Elgin Illinois, that's the Fox river. I live about 2 miles from there. And then down on the National Street bridge
This sounds about right for Chicago
No surprise finding 3 guns in Chicago. Every weekend theres like 45 shootings
In friggin sane! What the heck with all the emergencies and your pew pews!
New drinking game. Every time someone says "bro" take a drink.
"Wagon wheel" Lol. How about a cart wheel.
6:00 ...looks like a presta value used for a tubeless set-up to a bicycle.
That's normal for Chicago...lol!
Never heard about magnet fishing before tonight. Now I'm binge watching all your videos. You have some incredible finds. I bet you're gonna find even more. Now, before I send you off on another adventure, promise me you've all had your tetanus booster. You need one every 10 years. You don't want to cut your fun short by catching that nasty illness.
What a F...ING day guys! WOW 👏😮
Great job all around boys, your Ma's are certainly proud.
Crazy Day but you had some awesome finds brother.
Thank you
Crazy how many guns you guys find within the throwing range of those heavy magnets. Then to think that most guys can probably throw a handgun even further. Try throwing a 1.5 - 2 lbs rock as your life depended on it, then fish from a boat at that distance across the river. 🔫🧲 Best wishes from Sweden 🇸🇪

By far one of your. Ore crazy videos and finds
That stainless looking pin is an air/fuel mix adjustor pin for an outboard, my 15hp mercury has one that looks almost identical
just found your vidios, love em!!!!
Wowww!!! Incredible magnet fishing
video. Congratulations guy's‼️😲😳
Just a quiet day in Elgin Illinois
5:58 needle valve for a carborator.. its long so that suggests small engine possibly 2 cycle. i've seen them used on many small engines of verious types. jetski's, gopeds, gas bike conversions, lawn mowers, stuff like that
That’s pretty much just Elgin, Il
I spent 4 years living in Chicago, that was a normal day.
Damn that was an adventure for sure. So much fun. Thank you.
So much activity! wow! congrats !
Dude what a crazy day!
That second pistol you guys found is a .25ACP pocket pistol
Those clamps are rail anchors...used to dissipate heat from the rail and keep it from running
6:02 looks like a mixture screw for a two stroke engine.
@5:56 looks like a firing pin for a rifle, or shotgun. I couldn’t tell if it had treads on it, but if it did than it could be a mixture screw for a carburetor!
Either a mixture screw or the scriber that screws into a carpenter's square. The only reason I'm going the first is the scriber is usually high carbon steel and would dissolve in water.
Always point the gun in safe direction, even if it's old and rusted. Cartridges are watertight and usually non-corrosive, if there's a round in the chamber, it can still fire.
Hey Guys great show. Just a thought, Ya might wanna advise the cops that you might be calling them during the day cuz your going fishing simply to avoid upsetting the cops and making sure that you don't go to jail. 👊👍🍻
Hi Danny my god man your killing it at that bridge!!! WoW 3 hand guns.. hope you have a good rest and come back soon. Rob from the 🇬🇧
Thanks rob
_In a War Zone you shouldn't stay in the same place for longer than 20 minutes_
The item at 6:01. Appears to be an old firing pin. I’d guess a larger caliber.
@5:55 that is a mixture adjusting screw from a carburetor...
OH WOW awesome finds
that screw you found is probably from some kind of carburetor from what it looked like.
I love how in every magnet fishing/diving video they touch the gun without gloves
Not going to be anything on those weapons, and for the same reason police do it during traffic stops.
OMG. I had to turn the sound off. That super-excitable guy, couldn't stop squealing. What is wrong with him?
Caffeine
Just "DUUUUUUDE BROOO" the whole video.
Someone sent a magnet for magnet fishing through the FedEx I work at of course most of the building is metal so it got stuck and when I located it it had four other packages trapped behind it these packages went way back to December if people mail these things they really need to find a way to demagnetize them if they're going to send them in envelopes and small boxes
Dude know the grey shirt is wwwwwwwaaaaaayyyyyyy too hype 🤣
Wow! Great vid!
what do you guys do with the scrap you pull up?
