I hand dug and amended a 5'x9' bed JUST to grow angelica in (I live in semi-arid Colorado). It is now August, and my bed is full and abundant with Angelica. So much so, I am making a "test" batch, following your method. THANK YOU. Yours is the ONLY one that does not boil the Angelica before mascerating in sugar. This makes me quite excited to see the results. Cheers!
