I loved the interaction between the two of you. I was laughing out loud. Kimberly it was so good to see you embrace being outside your comfort zone. You each taught each other something. Kimberly, you taught Matthew to be a "safe" cutter! But the most important part was that you both were having fun. Isn't that what it is all about? Enjoying what you are creating. That was fun. Right brain meets left brain. Mr. Dom even had Kimberly cutting a bit unsafely there at the end! Im going to use this to make the strips from scraps at the end of my pillow cases to match some quilt tops we are producing at church for a mission project.

I love this improv.. I am glad that you did a video on it though as I wouldn’t have thought it myself. Hey, why shouldn’t you give Elsa a balloon? Because she’ll let it go! Lol! You guys are great, you both reming me of my sewing buddy and myself! I’m the 95% and she’s the 100%er!
Whew.....that was hard to watch at first. Scrappy is not that easy for me and neither is wonky but I'm getting better at both after watching a Flosstube video by Kitten Stitcher about Wabi Sabi. I'm embracing Wabi Sabi more and more so I may try this. I also read if you're doing scrappy to cut your pieces and throw them in a paper lunch bag, mix them up, pull and sew what you blindly pull out. The only rule is not to sew two of the same fabric together unless that's what you want. I've never seen anyone that likes to cut sideways all the time. So funny but dangerous. Kimberly even threw the fabric strips on the floor at the end like Eleanor-Mr Domestic made a stripper out of you and Eleanor would probably be happy to know that! Great video.
