I had pain in my left hip since Sunday after lifting posting soul bag. All I did was your stretches and took Ibuprofen twice. Thank God it’s almost 90% relieved🤲 👍
Thank you for the video, sir! My hips have such pinching and sharp pain that what’s preventing me from stretching like you are in min 8 is not my left hip but my right hip and vice versa. Same thing laying down pulling knees to chest. Any suggestion on stretches? Nothing chiros have told me helps. Thank you in advance!
