I have ridden Cyc kits to the max since 2019. Been part of the development of the Gen 4. I have had that motor since August 2023 and I have not been able to break anything so far and as you can see I don't hold back. The gen 4 have been bullet proof. Cool👍 Does the engine run normally in one gear? Heating, overload? I'm thinking of buying the same engine and am faced with choosing a transmission. SRAM 12 speed is probably not suitable for such CYC power
Thanks! I have 2 gears, both pretty low. 45kph and 60kph. But I do not pedal on this bike. Many are using 8 speed cassette/chain with the X1.
