A million thanks to you !!! Yum !!! 🥕🍋🌰🥒 Two zucchinis Two cups of cold filtered water A spring onion with roots A clove of garlic with the skin Lemon juice (a half of lemon) A sprig of dill Two nice handfuls of walnuts A tablespoon of olive oil Salt Pepper
I made this twice for my twin toddlers. They absolutely love it, and so do I! I added lemon zest, and extra dill and walnuts and only one small clove of garlic. I used a Ninja blender and a cup of chicken broth. 😋
Wow! i just tried this, using fresh dill from my garden, and 2 cups low sodium veggie stock since i didnt have a massen cube, and boy! i love how the fresh dill comes through! Delicious! Thank You!!!

Hi Amber, thanks for watching :) For this recipe, I think some zucchini, walnuts and dill chopped through on a low speed at the end would be great for added texture, I should have thought of this for the recipe haha or even some raw spinach would be nice.
Your recipe looks great. Of course it will be very tasty to eat. I love it.l will definitely try it.You will tell me in the comments. How do you like my recipe? Thanks.😋😋
Please note we create our recipes on a limited time frame and it's difficult to provide exact measurements of fruit and vegetables as we prefer to blend whole ingredients without chopping where possible. If a fruit or vegetable is an abnormal size please just use common sense and reduce or increase the quantity as required. Thanks for watching :)

Any ideas for some veg to add after blending to add texture and variety?

@@RawBlendAustralia Thank you!
Can this be made as a cold soup to keep it raw i guess or is the temp low enough to still be considered as a raw food?
It's not technically raw but it's close, just blend it for a couple of minutes less if you want it 100% raw. Thanks for watching :)
Nice! Question- can you sub any type of nuts?
You sure can. Thanks for watching :)

Please can you add measurements to your recipes? Vegetables and fruits are often different sizes in different countries.

I use either three skinny zucchinis or two fat zucchinis. Tastes excellent either way; there's lots of room for error.
