- A lot of my viewers have requested me to prepare a vegetarian dish. Today I am going to present a dish for all my vegetarian viewers which is, 'Dal Bukhara', is very delicious and one of the famous vegetarian dish.
Daal Bukhara is made out of black lentil which is prepared in the hotel at low flame and takes all night to get it cooked. The method of preparing this recipe is extremely easy and the ingredient used in this recipe is easily available in your kitchen. In a renowned restaurant, they tweak with quantities of ingredients to prepare this daal and suffix the name of their restaurant before the word Daal and use the same name in their restaurant menu. But in a local restaurant, they call the same daal, as Daal Makhani and Ma Ki Daal.
For real, there is a difference in taste as in restaurants they prepare this Daal with full dedication resulting in the taste is extremely delicious.

Daal Bukhara recepi too ekdum laazawaab recepi hai, aur ye ekdum simple bi hai, ye khane mai bi bahut hi tasty hoge, aur naam bi bahut aazib hai "DAAL BUKHARA".
