I have done a in detail video about how to calculate the battery usage for a appliance. There are lots of variables in your question. In order for you to calculate the power consumption of a particular unit,you need to figure out the wattage. You multiple the wattage by the number of hours that you are planning to use the appliance. And add a buffer for the rainy days. Usually 2days. And that is the figure that you need to set for your battery bank capacity. And you need to charge this battery bank within 5 hours per day. According to that only you need to set up the solar panel system. Based on your solar ray you need to select a compatible charge controller. After that you need to select a inverter that can support your load. This is the very basic explanation of a off grid solar system. There are much more details that you need to consider,when building a off grid system.
