      Thank you very much for your comments.
      You can not have different amperage batteries in the same battery bank.
      If you mismatch batteries and build a battery bank,then higher capacity batteries will charge the lower capacity batteries till all the battery bank voltage becomes equal.
      So adding higher capacity batteries with the lower capacity batteries in the same battery bank,you won't be able to use the higher capacity batteries because of this reason.
      When you are building a battery bank
      Battery capacity
      Battery voltage
      Battery manufactured date should all match with the rest of the batteries
      If you want to use different capacity batteries,in the same battery bank then the best option is to group batteries according to the capacity.
      Then use a "selector" switch to select each battery bank.
      Then you will be able to select the individual battery banks separately in the same system.

      First place that you need to install a fuse is at the solar panel level.
      To determine the rating of the fuse,you need to know whether you are connecting the panels using parallelly or series method.
      If you are using the parallel method you need to add the amperage of the solar panels.
      If you are using the series method,then you need to install a fuse greater than the solar panel rated amperage.
      Second place is , between the battery and the load.(with the inverter)
      For this you need a fuse greater than the total load amperage.
      For a example if you are using 150A load ,then you need to install a 200A fuse.
      I personally don't like to use a fuse between the solar charge controller and the battery.the reason is Incase the fuse is burnt and if you are receiving power from the solar panels then the charge controller has nowhere to utilize the power.

      The only solution that you have is to use a grid tie Inverter equal to your AC output.
      For a example if the AC is 1kw ,then your solar system should be at least 1.5kw and above ( 1500w)

      Maximum power point (Pmax) The Pmax is the sweet spot of the solar panel power output, where the combination of the volts and amps results in the highest wattage (volts x amps = watts).
      Ipmax = current at maximum power.(A)
      Vpmax = voltage at maximum power.(v)
      The short-circuit current (ISC) is the current through the solar cell when the voltage across the solar cell is zero
      Open circuit voltage is how many volts the solar panel outputs with no load on it
      Max system voltage is 12v /24v/48v etc..

      Definitely.you can use a output, while it's charging.
      When you are designing a solar system,you will calculate the continuous load usage plus keep an Extra allowance.
      So that solar panels output can charge the battery, meanwhile you draw continuous load.
      For a example,
      Your continuous load use 5A.
      Solar panel output 15A
      With the solar panel and charge controller efficiency,you will be putting 10A to the battery.
      Out of that you Will be using 5A for the continuous load and the extra 5A will be used to charge the battery.

      First of all you need to figure out the total number of watts that your appliance is using.
      And multiple that by the number of hours that you are planning to use this items.
      And you need to keep a buffer for rainy days . at least 2 days.
      Based on that now you have calculated the battery bank.
      Now you need to figure out the number of solar panels.
      For that divide the battery bank capacity by 6 Hours depending on your location.
      Based on that you need to figure out the charge controller capacity.
      This is the simplest version of the solar calculator.
      There are many other variables that you need to consider.
      I have done few videos regarding this.
