I live in Vancouver Washington and I can vouche I’ve seen him driving the integra in the street. Yeah we don’t have a good street racing culture. Buuuut like he said we do have a bunch of tracks. ETS, English, PRE, all are within 20min of each other. So there has to be a reason why they are all here.
CorkSport and Tork Motorsports are here as well… Tork holds record in the Kia/Hyundai scene

Yeah mine was there not this last year but the year before. Only made 287 on the first revision tune on 17psi. But the time Eric at Dramatune did the 3rd revision it was on 21-22 depending on weather. Ya know how it is lol but yes there is a few hidden gem shops up this way. Not enough domestic shops for me tho. Traded in the 4 cylinder turbo to v8 supercharged lol
Also take into account all the race tracks closing in the USA

dumped over $12,000 building a turbo b18c1 ef at a local shop back in 2012, they blew my shit up tuning it and told me how much it was going to be to fix, went and got all my shit and ended up parting a bunch of the parts out and still to this day never got to drive a turbo civic, bad taste in my mouth for shops ever since, but now i have been craving driving a turbo civic so im going to just do it myself and put my turbo kit on my eg si that has a stock jdm b18c, teach myself and have some fun again
Tuning is absolutely everything, often times tuners lack tuning capabilities, and expedite catastrophic failure whereas a good tuner will have a more conservative tune making more power, safer, for years instead of minutes
Miles is a legend. To go for the fastest and the quickest Integra is a crazy. Accomplishment. Also as a Dominican I had no idea he lived in DR that’s freaking sick

At Vancouver cars and coffee a couple weeks ago, shyt I remember late nights on 217, ripping on Porsche turbos when he was only at around 700 hp fwd. My favorite famous amateur/pro drag racer. Met him forever ago always a chill guy. Your show has had a few of my old acquaintances on here. So dope.

When I was leaving Sunday night, I actually stopped to talk to a gentleman from Switzerland. It was amazing to hear that he was there only for media, not even racing. Amazing dude!

I'm part of the younger generation and I agree. Seems like everyone's just interested in car. Shows me personally though I can't be bothered if there's not some sort of racing. Personally, I for making turns over drag racing but going fast is fun

Yes, 6:13 correct the US invaded, the Dominican Republic twice.. In 1916 to 1924 and then during the civil war in 1965 to 1966! Today the Dominican Republic is one of the strongest allies the US has in the Caribbean. Not sure if the "green-go" was only a DR thing but is no longer a derogatory term is just people didn't have a better way to call "Caucasians" in the island.
I'm glad Myles keep mentioning and how he remember those days as "happy" days... We all meet in 1 street the "Abraham Lincoln Ave" from there races were called and we then drive to X or Y location to the actual race.

Funny that he mentions a coyote considering all you need for a 2015-2023 automatic mustang GT to run similar times as his acura is turbos, a built trans, drag pack and a little weight pulled out. Midnight performance has ran 7.80s with a bine stock motor and about $80k all said and done.

I don’t know this man personally, but I’ve seen his car on the internet. I never knew he had a lot of knowledge on the 4g63 platform. Wish he was closer to to me so I could take my Galant VR-4 to him for a couple tasteful upgrades 😢 He sounds like a great person to do business with🫡
West Coast laws on street racing is fawking wack that's why there isn't much street racers here anymore. They are still valid, but not motivated to risk their expensive ass builds to vultures looking for a quick come up. Get rid of the wanna be politicians vultures and their bullshiet laws. The culture will come back out and play. Plenty of fast West Coast racers. They're all just garage queens now. it'll be one of the biggest street racing scene in the US.
