That Fox Body actually runs pretty strong for an all motor car. Pretty hard to make up a 1100+ Lb weight difference. A 300 shot would have tightened things up a bit, but this was a huge mismatch.
He got gapped but he still did real good and he took off strong too

Honda driver was cool too. His bearded buddy was little to serious, but Deon handled it well. A blow-out race, but I still liked it. Foxbodies are always good entertainment.

Try to ensure that the power-to-weight ratios between the 2 competitors are more competitive. Displacement is less of a factor. Love this series
Power to Weight only works when they are both the same drive train, being a FWD car takes a lot away. If you race an AWD vs FWD with the same power to weight, the FWD will get smoked. Obviously 400hp and 1000lbs lighter was not smart or close at all but a FWD definitely needs to be lighter and have more power to keep up with a RWD or AWD car.
Almost every muscle car on here lies about there horsepower. It's about time the matchup favored the 4 cylinder fwd
When I was a young punk I literally pieced together a turbo kit for my motor swapped Civic with the sole intention of beating Fox body Mustangs. Now that I've grown up and matured (I'm actually a big fan of the modern Mustangs), there's still a little part of me that loves watching a Honda stomp a Mustang, regardless of power adders ect. What some of these guys are doing with K Series engines (B Series in this case) is nothing short of incredible.
Been a fan for awhile but C,mon guys.... 1100hp vs 700hp.... This isn't a comparison at all. How about maximum of 250-300 hp difference?

Yeah, I've seen many Integras in my lifetime. Wheelbase seemed a touch longer than normal. Then that one dude got big mad when Deon called him out on the P/W ratio and the cage.

I like the guy coming out of left field like he's owed some special lead when they already won both races.
No what he was mad about was that they burned him down, that’s a turbo car and Deon purposely took a long time to leave which is a dirty move to do against a turbo car. That is literally the reason why his car broke down probably. I don’t even think his friend, that host guy knew what they did wrong or any of the other guys because they were all laughing and that’s definitely not something you laugh about in drag racing but this is all pretty common knowledge for turbo cars and drag racing.
