Follow up - These are really good meals and so much variety. I'm starting to find out my favorites. No regrets! Cook Unity is now my favorite of them all.
Original - I've only started using meal delivery last year starting with Factor
then Freshly. Freshly is ok but the price is good. Factor was great
but a bit more expensive and limited low carb/ keto recipes, which is
what I'm looking for. I ordered my first Cook Unity order today and
can't wait to try. They have a ton of variety for low carb/ keto vs.
other places I've tried or checked out. The price was reasonable. I'm hoping the meals are as
good as they look in the pics and filling enough. Maybe I found THE ONE! Also, really I glad I found your channel!
16 net carbs?! That’s a lot for 19 carbs per day
What nazi diet restricts you to 16 carbs? Keto is 50 and these are like 2 meals

And I see they don't deliver to Raleigh, NC. Weird-I thought these companies shipped everywhere in the US
I looked at these recently and their keto meals are pretty high carb. What do you eat during the day if your dinner alone is 16+ net carbs?
‘Cook Unity’ does have variety of choices low carb menus, and if you buy 14 meals at a time for under 15 carbs for dinner that is most affordable too. Fish, meat and chicken...you just got to look.
How proviolent is sugar in a keto meal service?

Hmm, good question! I’m really impressed by our recent review of RealEats. They’re pre-made and can be cooked in the microwave or boiling. They have dinner, breakfast and a lot of add ons too, which I love. They also seem to give you the largest amount of food per meal (compared to other premade meal delivery services).
Do I have to order every week? Or only when I want to?
CookUnity actually sends you meals each week. It's basically a meal subscription service.

yep, it does! we're actually in the process of moving so our tovala is back at the other apartment.
NOW THIS HAS MY ATTENTION!! However, I wish I could just find people not being sponsored, give 100% unbiased reviews. Time and money are both a problem to me. I’ve never liked meals in boxes and doubt this will be great. Looks like a lean cuisine to me.

Wow FedEx didn't play basketball with your order. Not the best first impression. The two meals that weren't mixed with the packaging and my carpet were delicious.

You can also warm all of their meals in the oven. It comes with directions for both. I have done it both ways depending on time, and they were still very good.
Wish: just normal omnivore food that has a reasonable (not "keto") amount of fat, plenty of veg and some complete fruit, whoIe grains and no fructose-heavy added sugars (sucrose, agave, honey, fruit juice, etc.) In other words, a normal, healthy diet. Why does everything have to be tied to one of the extreme "diets?"
