I HATE cooking, and cooking hates me. Trying to follow a special diet like keto complicates things exponentially. I cooked the first recipe on this video last night. It was a complete success!!! My husband (the picky one and the one who needs keto) even said he would eat it again! AHHMAZING! Thank you so much for making me look like I cook GOOD!!
I find it strange how no one makes cauliflower cheese on keto. I use cream, cream cheese for a slight tang and Cheddar salt and pepper in a pan over the hob. I do it by guesswork. Just keep having a taste. You can always add more cream if you want so dont add too much. Then mix in the cooked cauliflower and put in a dish. Add a spinkle of parmesan on top and cook in the oven. You can put broccoli on the side. Its a nice toping over cottage/shepherd's pie or next to another dish. Another meal is butternut squash with ham. Halve the butternut squash, cook foor 35/40 mins. Cube up a cheese of your choice. Cube some ham like gammon or even tinned ham. Chop some leeks or spring (green) onions or just onions or shallots if thats all you have. Scoup the cooked squash and mash it up to your prefference, adding an egg and teaspoon of mustard. Now add the other ingredients including salt and pepper to taste. Now refill empy squahes and cook til golden brown. Serve with salad if you like. Not that im an expert, but beginning this i wanted a meal ideas with what it would go well with, so i hope this is helpfull to someone. Pannacotta is great too with homemade rasberry purree. Just replace the sugar. And make sure you put a squeeze of lemon in the rasberry puree. Or just use fresh berries on their own without making a puree. Damn i have a great lemon garlic salmon recipe but i think ive said too much 😂 Hope ive been helpfull to someone.

I've done low carb today thinking of gradually working toward Keto. I've been having headaches. I know its the way I been eating. I think this will help. Just will have to sub beef for turkey. And not a lot of cheese. I am one of those who can't make up their mind which way I need to go. But think. When it comes to eating healthy. I know I need meat. I have now. These recipes look really good.

Hi, thanks for the compliment. As for the vinegar, there are trace amounts of alcohol but very very little. If cooking with heat that would be easily burn’t before consumption.

Its the total macro break down of the entire dish that matters. If you ate broccoli or cauliflower on their own they are not keto either. Learn to calculate your daily macros and you’ll be fine.
The dish is Keto on their own onion and tomato are not keto. Look at the macros of the entire dish. Cauliflower or broccoli aren’t keto either (on their own) but they are keto diet staples. You’ll get there!

Most vegetable are not keto. However the entire recipe “is” keto its a small part of the ingredients and the total macros of the dish fits.
Why would you eat one onion?
It became non keto when you added potatoes.
