Hello Vince! I found some transmission oil leaking out of the back part of my PCM-40 transmission. Can in this case only the back part of the transmission be pulled to replace the gasket?
Great video. I have a ‘98 Sunsport with the GT40 ProBoss 5.8. Had transmission issues last yr. Think I need to pull tranny out. Is it basically the same process with mine as with the one in the video? Thanks!

What size studs/ thread pitch do you need for the bottom holes?
Does the boat need to be out of the water?
