In case, you missed our real time episode where we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary by camping at a NASCAR race, be sure to go back and check that video out as well! Corey even got to drive our truck on the track! Did he get the truck over 100mph? Check it out here:
• WILL OUR 2500 DURAMAX ...
This week, we are back to our UA-cam timeline on our journey from Michigan to Montana to visit one of the girls’ best friends! A couple episodes ago, we shared a crazy storm that gave us the most beautiful sunset we have ever seen and were woken up in the middle of night causing us to have to leave to avoid high winds and hail! You can check out that episode here:
• RUNNING FROM SEVERE WE...
In this episode, we had landed at Buffalo Gap Campground, right outside of Theodore Roosevelt National Park and had learned that our dear friends, Travis and Erin and their boys, from @ourlivelytribe had taken a last minute trip across the country and that we were going to cross paths in North Dakota.
Travis had just lost his dad unexpectedly, and it was almost fitting that Teddy loved this part of North Dakota, because this is where he came to grieve after the death of his wife and mother on the same day in 1884.
We hiked Boicourt Trail off of the loop around that lower unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park, got to see prairie dogs, bison (or buffalo or as we call them buf buf 😂) and feral horses! We also visited the hunting cabin that Roosevelt built and where he stayed after losing his wife and mother.
We said goodBye to our friends as they headed to Michigan, and we continued our detour to see @grantinggrace in Montana right outside Glacier National Park!
Stay tuned for the next episode where we get to check out Glacier National Park again and kayak down a glacial river! Be sure to like and subscribe and click on the bell icon for notifications when we release new videos!

Why do I find myself in happy tears while watching you guys reconnect with friends ?!?! It's because you are real people doing what real people should be doing ! Safe Travels Amigos !!
The Maltese Cross Ranch cabin was originally located about seven miles south of Medora in the wooded bottom-lands of the Little Missouri River. During Roosevelt's presidency, the cabin was acquired for the World's Fair, hosted in St. Louis, MO. The cabin traveled from Missouri to Portland, OR for the Lewis and Clark Centennial Exposition. It would spend time in Fargo, ND before settling on the grounds of the state capital in Bismarck, ND.
I climbed every Mountain.. 30 years of Adventure!! And hiking!! My Lord!! I loved the Arethusa Falls!! White Mountains!! Bless you !!

Looks like a cottonwood tree. I'm from ND and they are native. We have several on our property. Love your videos. Glad you liked our state.
I love travel with no real plans to think of, it's just cooler that way. Go where the wind takes you
Found your channel from a mention by KYD at the Atlanta NASCAR event. Glad I’m joined up. Like so many others, I’m impressed with the photography and I’m enjoying getting caught up. Loved the videos from Glacier and Zion. Simply gorgeous!
We tent camped near the river. We watched shooting stairs at night and feral horses drinking from the river in the mornings.
Another wonderful video production from the FOS crew. 👊👍😎
Smoked oysters in a can and sharp cheddar cheese was the mountain climbing snacks !!
60!!! Christmas Day!! Gorgeous Family!!
Happy Days!!!
Such an awesome video! Keep enjoying your journey! The memories you are making as a family priceless! ❤️
I’m rewatching some of your older videos. I made a detour on my 2020 trip to stop at Badlands national park after watching your video about that park. Next trip out west I’ll have to stop at Roosevelt NP.
So happy you were able to check out my "neck of the woods". I grew up 30 miles west of Medora and have been more times than I can count.
What a gorgeous park! Love that campground too. Definitely on our to-do list! The prairie dogs...reminds us of when we stayed at Panguitch Lake Utah (about an hr from Zion). There were SO MANY! We were cracking up the way they watched us and “chattered”. And I am still in awe of that Milky Way shot! Great adventures!!!
Wow this is such a beautiful family who out there having fun .
Love, love, love that campground! We have stayed there!
Can't wait for next episode.
