- Hello everyone! Today I am preparing a simple, hearty dish - potatoes in a frying pan, drenched in eggs. This can be done when there is practically nothing in the refrigerator.
Potatoes 3 pcs
Eggs 4 pcs
Milk 50-100 ml
Salt
Frying oil
Peel the roll, cut and fry until tender, 10-15 minutes.
Mix eggs, milk and salt well.
When the potatoes are ready, put the stove on the smallest fire and pour the egg mixture.
Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes.
