In Jamaica too I have one of that saw too a 20"planner and a 6" jointer and now am buying a 18x36 drum sander all those tools or grizzly tools and I am from Jamaica 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

Would this saw be good for hard wood boards or is this only good for plywood ? i was looking to get a Delta uni or a Powermatic pm2000 untill i seen this saw, so what can this thing do ?
Yes, these saws are excellent for all types of wood. Actually, the saw blade selected is the determining factor in what type of wood can be cut best. With table saws, the critical factor is power. Any saw 3Hp and up will cut just about anything with the right blade. And these models are 5Hp and 7.5Hp.

Can you get this saw with a built in router table ?
