Great system! During playback, it looks like your source is Bluetooth from a cellphone. Is this connected to the factory head unit? Can decent sound quality be a achieved through the factory head unit? I ask because I don't like the idea of having to switch the audio between the factory system and a higher quality interface. I prefer a more integrated setup if it's possible?
Hi, This was running via bluetooth into the factory unit but you can use car play or android auto too, the system is fully integrated so you just jump in and have a nice sound. The only sperate thing is the control for the sub is on a very small dial
Very thorough job guys! I have a MINI F54 Clubman. What is a ballpark cost to have an upgrade from the factory HK system. Just for context I do already enjoy the system but I'd like a little extra detail and a bit more low end with a harder hitting punch. Thanks in advance.

I have two questions: For those in the US and other markets, have you considered licensing and selling your door mounts so other installers can make Emiras sound better? Why didn't you mention the existence of the center channel, either to replace it, or how it's accommodate and tweaked in your setup?
Great question, the reason we do not sell them is because most installer's do not know what they are doing and wouldn't be able to get everything to fit and work how we do. Sound is 20% product and 80% the installer. We never change the centre speaker hence why we did not show it as we unplug it

I have not heard that Kef system, but I really like that brand for Hi End audophile systems that have the MAT version (I don't like neither the previous versions nor the entry Q version). The coaxial Uni-Q drivers are the most successful brand signature, that helps for perfect time alignment, phase and coherency by any listening position. That's why there is no tweeter on the dashboard. I'm sure the upgrade could sound louder and with a tighter/deeper bass because you are taking more space and increasong the drivers size, but I really doubt the mids and highs could sound cleaner and more natural than Kef. The average people don't like natural and flat audiophile sound. That's why Bowers & Wilkins is so successful, wich is the most annoying, strident, bright and unnatural sound from the pseudo-audiophile brands.

I just ordered mine in the United States they're saying it's going to be here in August. Wow I wish I could get a set up like that money is no object to get a great sound system and the door insulation is genius.
