Wow! This store and the selection were amazing! And many of the prices seemed to be pretty good as well. I would have turned poor in that store. lol Also, thanks for the great tour through the store and the nice commentary.
After watching some of your videos, I decided to add Surugaya to the list of shops I must visit. Since this one is in Osaka, I googled it, and I was so mad to see that it's next to the Super Potato entrance, which I visited every time I was in Japan, and had no idea. Oh well, not gonna repeat that mistake again 😅
Haha yes! It’s super close. Mind you there are about two Surugaya shops in that very area. One is on the same street and has a small retro game section on the 2nd floor. The other is about a block away, on the main strip, and is loaded with games and hardware. It’s this location where I made a couple of videos on. Cheers!
This showcase was insane! You need to get on the AES train again before it's too late. Glad a few games didn't move much in price like FF3 at least. And spending 4 hours is totally normal in a big Hard Off. Happened to me too :D
Why does it say "please dont touch" on all the controller in the start? I love that carrying case looks in good condition too, seen loads of terribly damaged and yellowed ones on ebay.
The controllers are on security peg hooks, so they ask that one notify a staff member if interested in buying. The English is a bit lost in translation. The case was in fairly good condition. The yellowed and damaged ones are you usually in the junk sections. Cheers!

For sure, it was a very nice showcase. I’m planning a video in regard to NeoGeo! Cheers
What's the best cheaper stores for GBA console and games?
Typically Hard OFF is the least expensive. I’ll drop a video showing more GBA in the future.

@@RetroReWire makes sense thanks JJ
Hermie never got a USA release due to 3d only policy Sony had in the west after launch. 800 yen is a great deal.
I’ll have look into the game. It looks like a fun platformer. Cheers!
@@RetroReWire for 800y I'll pick it up for sure. It's on my buy list when I visit next summer.
@@atomiswave1971 ¥800 is a good deal. I'll have to keep a lookout next time I'm out shopping for games. Cheers!
Ya but all the games are in Japanese
