Look up The Dirt toothpaste. It's a bentonite clay tooth powder. After 3 months of using it, I've already naturally removed plaque from my teeth!

+captguy14u Oh Yeah! Good stuff. I use to drink their bentonite clay back in the day. I'm talking about Mid 90's. I haven't had anything since then but as long as they haven't changed their recipe since the 90's I highly recommend their cleansing drinks.

Using it as a facial really dries my skin, but I also use it as a toothpaste which makes my mouth feel cleaner than regular toothpaste & I know it doesn't have flouride.
seeamerica1 tooth paste with fluoride is not recommended. since fluoride is considered poisonous.
@@marktzon1202, I don't think seeamerica1 was intending to promote fluoride, but was only intending to state -- accurately or inaccurately, I don't really know -- the absence of fluoride from Bentonite clay.
I did just watch a video, however, which stated that at least some Bentonite clay has a considerable amount of lead.

Do you know how long one should stay on a detox with BC? I've been drinking a glass once a day for about a month & have some good & bad results. My blood pressure has dropped about 20 pts which is what I wanted it to do, great. But the toxins are coming out on my skin in the form of red bumps similar looking to mosquitoes bites that itch like crazy.

+Brisa Lopez If you have an amalgam filling on one side of your month then only use as a tooth paste and avoid that area. Use baking soda and peroxide for the area of your month that has the amalgam filling. You can use bentonite clay for the rest of your teeth that's not filled with amalgam. However, if you have amalgam fillings on both sides of your month then avoid using bentonite clay as a toothpaste or mouth rinse. As soon as the bentonite touch those fillings it will be useless for the rest of your teeth and gums.
Yes that was what I was thinking, what I really think I need to do is make it a priority to get the amalgam out of my mouth so my body can fully start to detox!

+mymiracle79 If you didn't have mercury fillings I would say liquid. Liquid trumps capsules. However, since you have those fillings, I'm going to say capsules. HOWEVER, you have to be careful with those capsules because you have to drink a ton of water. This is why I'm not a fan of bentonite clay capsules because most people suffer from dehydration as it is. You must be hydrated at least 24 hours prior to taking bentonite clay capsules. So if you are a heavy water drinking and know that your body has been hydrated for the past day or two then drink 20 ounces of water for every two capsules of bentonite clay.
