I read somewhere to use distilled water to mix bentonite clay internally. Distilled water has no minerals/metals. Is this the proper water to use?

How do i take this with being on 2mg suboxone. I can't find this answer anywhere. Suboxone makes you constipated. Is this only good if you fast?

I thought this video would show where and how to dig it up from the ground and process it or where it comes from. This information is not very helpful as most people can assume this on their own with a little common sense.
