In Gambia we call it chakirie… you can also make it with cous-cous and full cream mixed with sour cream, but I prefer this one

I make this at home n is not that simple. I get tired after making few batches. The yogurt she added serves as culture . u can get culture used in making yogurt. This will enable the bacteria work on it to form the yogurt n make it thick. My family loves it. Try n add condensed milk to it. It takes it to another level 💯

@@akuaoppong4234 the millet process is just like prepping for hausa koko. The only difference is after grinding u gradually mix water into the grinded mix to form the droplets 💦, then u sieve it to get the smaller droplet before u steam it. Just like attsieke (dun known if I spelt it right)

Taty! Way to enter 2022 with a bang💥! This video is awesome💥, and Sister Aisha is all about business and process. You have been missed, but super glad that you took time out for the family to end and begin a New Year. It is all about family when all the chips are down. Introduction dialogue at the start was short. Just add a bit of length to it, like you did in prior videos🙂. By doing that it sets the context for what the video will be about and keeps the viewer even more engaged. Camera angles were correct, and quality very very nice📷. Ala has grown in his job as camera man and is now an expert. You should have given Ala some of the millet drink🥛. The few times I had millet yogurt was in Kumasi, many years ago. I have no way of telling if what I had was authentic or not, but can tell that Sister Aisha's is beyond delicious. As always you have seriously placed Sunyani on the map🌎! You deserve the title of Sunyani Ambassador, and they should pay you for that. Great to see your daughter on film at the end. A happy and prosperous New Year to you, your family, and all the individuals you have profiled in your videos. And a special New Year greeting to Sister Ajara who I am a #1 fan of!
