Hello Tiwalade, I used a store bought yogurt for this batch. The longer you keep it, the more it ferments so it’ll taste sour and yes it becomes thicker.

Prices will depend on how much you get your raw materials (cost of production) Also you need to do feasibility studies of your area to be sure you’re not underpricing or overpricing
