I appreciate his way of running a trial & not allowing theatrics in his courtroom. He doesn't waste the Jurors time either & that's important. I've watched a number of videos on David Borowski & he can be very compassionate with defendants as well. I suggest you do some research before making claims that he's biased, unable to be objective or worse, calling him racist.

“Sick of the excuses” I’m not giving anyone a pass but this is Milwaukee where 70% of kids don’t have a dad, grow up in poverty are put through the gateway to hell(MPS) and spit into a city where there is Nothing to do no good jobs no help, just struggle for god sakes go to a house on the north/south side and turn on the sink and tell me if u would drink from it.
you’ll be surprised what a 16,17,18 yr old is capable of under that type of stress. And you can tell the judge has no regard or idea of any of that and it’s kinda scary to see how emotionally charged he is dealing with KIDS, he’s more of lock em all up n throw away the key type of guy which is not what we need

i was raised in that city. we didn't have much. i got into a few street fights. but i never killed anybody. neither did my friends. stop blaming poverty. look at the gangbang/single mom culture. it's easier to blame a judge, a cop or the system rather than holding people accountable for their actions. yeah, i disagree with you. so do the tens of thousands who grew up in that city and never killed anybody.

@@billaveda6408 something about what you said seems very fake, but ima give you the benefit of the doubt. No one is saying that it’s acceptable or excusable and people shouldn’t be held accountable. All we are simply saying is that there is a huge underline poverty issue that causes Alottt of the kids in the city to do crazy stuff it’s not just a couple, It’s alotttt, Chicago has the same problem. You being poor and getting into a few “street fights” lol, is not nearly the same as a lot of these kids who witness shootings on the daily have seen and known people they love die, go to MPS where the whole school is gangbanging, and come home to struggling mom or simply no parents, and Milwaukee culture tells them selling Coke and heroin is the way out. They don’t know how to get a job, they don’t know there social security number or how to even get it. There’s a lot of problems that aren’t being helped in the city, and trust me I can tell just by the way you said that, that fortunately you’ve really never experienced the deepest darkest part of the trenches. I’ve never killed anyone and 10s of thousands of people who grew up in the hood that never killed anyone would agree with me too. There needs to be better way than waiting until he turns 19 and does something wild and sayin F how your life went, Throw away the key we need to stop the madness before it even gets to that point

@@billaveda6408 I’m a Vfz counselor in Chicago (violence prevention program) we work in schools with kids that got problems and try to D escalate situations before they get out of hand an stuff along those lines, we work a-lot in Milwaukee too and it’s almost identical patterns. I agree with you that there needs to be accountability, but I also agree with the gentleman up top you seem to be in the dark especially when you were talking about street fights. Street fights don’t happen ok, usually what happens is there will be a fight or some sort of dispute and in the mits of that fight Shots get fired. So now the 16,17 year old that was just looking to scrap and get it over with now thinks “hmm maybe I should get a gun too” and he try’s looking for one and with in that few days of looking for it, The school bus stop he’s at get shot up at 8 in the morning. Now he really feels like he needs it he’s not focused on anything but that, he doesn’t care about going to school on time because now it’s dangerous, he doesn’t care about basketball or anything , he’s been pushed into straight survival war mode Just like that. just that fast a kids life flips. No one seems to care about the whole back story until it’s to late and he kill’s someone than they wanna pay attention but no one wanted to help or even bat a eye for last 4 years of his life that was going down hill.

Good points but is this judge going to be able to give a fair trial to defendants because it seems that he may be more emotional than logical and balanced. He's like a Judge Judy but the even angrier male version. I get it, I'm upset too. I've seen many clips of him scolding lawyers and defendants. Since when do judges take shots at their government colleagues in public on the job😂 No one is professional in America anymore.

Accidental shooting?! HE set my kid up and killed him in the process. Him and his "friends" SHOT AND KILLED A 17 YEAR OLD but then, DRAGGED HIS LIFELESS BODY INTO AN ALLEY ON THE NORTH SIDE. there is no Accidental. HE HAD A LOADED GUN. PERIOD. He wanted to rob my kid and ge shot him. There are no Accidents in a robbery with a gun. That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Bury your first born and go to court for 3 years to fight for him while he is in the ground. Birthdays that pass, court hearing and trials.. tell me how Accidental it is then.
