- Here is your gentle Pilates routine to unwind, relief stress and take 25 minutes for yourself. I've developed this routine for the times when you're feeling a little low energy, maybe a little bloated and hormonal or a little anxious. Sometimes when you have days when things are a bit off centre, it's not about FIXING or trying to CHANGE anything but more about accepting the day and yourself and just letting go. I hope this can be a go to practice for you for days when you need some calming self love. Be gentle with yourself.

This is just what I needed today. I normally just do a stretch routine of my own but just doing what you tell me to in your lovely calming voice with the music and imagery was such a gift today. I have been avoiding yoga for personal reasons and the fact that you did this whole thing without making it a yoga routine is something that I truly appreciate. Thank you so much for this video! I recently decided to start showing up for myself more and today had a day from hell at work. I normally would have crawled into bed to forget about it but decided to take action for myself, to deal with the stress and to relax some. This video was amazing! More than a few times I caught myself saying out loud “omg that feels amazing” 10/10 will be returning to this video. 🖤🖤🖤

This was so timely, Lottie... I even shared it with all of my college students who have been dealing with the intense demands of remote learning, while also trying to balance their many life responsibilities and cope with the effects of the recent wildfires here in California. Wow this just incredible I never wanted it to end. Especially loved 11:01 and 13:47 doing those circles, that was eye opening as I never felt that level of relaxation before. At the end when we were hugging ourselves and mindlessly rotating our knees, I used that time to say positive affirmations to myself. So glad I found this video, thank you! Loved the music and breathing definitely makes a difference

I do this every Friday in replacement of my normal routine. It really helps with my anxiety.
I love the intro where you say, "If you just need to lie down on your matt, that's ok" it somehow made me feel especially relaxed. I actually did the routine with u after that, instead of clicking out of the video.

Thank you so very much for this wonderful video. Today I was struggling a bit with separation anxiety and just a couple fears about the future but as I did this practice with closed eyes I also prayed throughout it and it changed my whole viewpoint. I feel so very relaxed, grateful for my body and all it’s capable of and faithful in the Lord to lead me wherever I need to be even if that means being alone with Him for a bit.

I did this again today and it was even more relaxing and calming ..... I was able to get away from the negative thoughts surrounding COVID-19 and I felt I was somewhere else completely. Thank you Lottie for your time in creating these wonderful Pilates sessions.

wOnderful, Thank You. It's exactly what I needed after three months of stress and fear and then three months of heavy schedules at work for six days a week every week to catch up. My whole body is aching. Feeling a bit sorry for myself haha 😭
