Sometimes you can go through a 45min video essay from a YT channel with 1M+ subs, with voice-over read from a carefully written script and eye-pleasing video editing, but end up in the same mental state you started in.
And sometimes you can just listen to some random dude wearing a ridiculous hat, intermittently kissing a vtuber figurine while rambling for 15min and it makes you feel just a little bit better about yourself, and maybe, just maybe, you'll finally do that one thing you were supposed to do 3 weeks ago because for once you feel like getting shit done isn't that hard and procrastination has overstayed its welcome.
