I hope this provides insight since I’m on a health journey as well but one thing not being addressed in the healing health community are toxins such as parasites, mold, Cándida, heavy metals. Parasites make you have sugar cravings so when you detox the parasites must come out. After a bit of parasite detoxing then you won’t be having these strong cravings anymore. My taste buds have changed ever since I’ve been detoxing pathogens. My body now likes real ingredients in food and when I try to eat old items that I used to like I can always taste the extreme sweetness in candy or the artificial ingredients in ice cream. Hope this helps

I was in Barbados for 1 month as I had been a vegan 1 year. Being in the sun energize my body, lift my spirit and mood. Going to the beach giving skin a sand scrub left my skin smooth and soft. I sweat so much while I was there I loved it. Living in Washington state I never sweat. Eating all the local fruits and vegetables my body felt great I loss more weight. I looked skinny and thought I lost muscle but I lost fat. I'm back in the states now in Wisconsin and I'm missing the warm weather, the sun, beach and sand and fruits and vegetables.

Yes, I had so many fibroids and had to have surgery to have most of them removed. Afterward, I completely changed my diet to more natural, organic plant-based foods, teas, etc. and they haven't come back. The ones they left behind (they weren't able to take them all out) haven't gotten bigger and it has been a few years now. The diet change also balanced out my cycle and helped with inflammation. Good day and thank you for this video. My sister and I went on a plant base/dairy free 30 day challenge on 9/12/22 and I've lost six pounds so far. I choose to continue eating plant based since I have a lot more weight to lose. My husband and I will be celebrating our 13th anniversary tonight at a local Spanish restaurant and I felt nervous about giving in on ordering meat. After watching this video, you convinced me to continue detoxing vs. retoxing... I love it! Seamoss is the star of super foods in my opinion. I love it so much that I've made Seamoss soaps, shampoo/conditioner, body butters, sugar scrubs and facial serums. It's an amazing gift from the sea. I'm a firm believer that Plants from the land and sea are medicine for our bodies. This message means so much to me and has given me the power to continue on this journey, much love, respect and blessings!

Sea moss is the greatest of all time. Once you start you don’t want to stop because it’s that nutritious. Blessings on your new lifestyle, I’m proud of you truly 💛

Beautiful video. So many good points. Vitamin D is so important and the more northern climate you live in/darker your skin, the more you need to focus on this to prevent depression, cancer, etc. Something to keep in mind, is that getting sunlight in the winter (in most places in the US/Canada/Europe) won't provide you with Vitamin D. You can get only get the rays that produce vitamin D by going in the sun when it's at least 50% above the horizon (please look it up though, I might be a little off). Going by this, you can usually only get it between the hours of 10a-2p even during the summer. In Virginia (not too northern/southern in the US), you can get it between the months of March to October.

Also, it depends on the individual but our body find it difficult to digest iron from plants compared to animal produce. However, it depends on your choice but that’s what my dietitian informed me and I did notice a difference when I tried to go vegan, my skin was looking pale, but after returning to consuming animal produce along with the vitamin C combo. My skin returned to its natural pigmentation. The problem isn’t the animal, it’s how it was prepped, meaning was it grass fed or was it fed wheat/barley or was hormones pumped into the animal. So of course it’s better to get your meat that’s organic. Also, another trick is make sure you cook your meat very well, what I mean is make sure the blood from the water is boiled to vapor. When my mom taught me this method, not only is the meat more flavorful but you actually don’t taste the blood, that eventually people start craving.. so for y’all consuming rare or medium-rare meats.. please be wary.

Check your gut health ,thyroid & adrenals. She recommends eating basically vegan but if your digestion is poor DO NOT DO IT. If you have anything wrong with your ovaries then for sure your thyroid is off. You go to the doctors and they check and say it’s fine, but for THEIR numbers and not your body.plus they refuse to relate poor gut health with women’s reproductive issues. They have not related poor gut health with PCOS because they are not trained to do so but ask your doctor if they notice women with these issues complaining about digestive problems, depending on how aware the doctors are they will tell you yes, but better to speak to other women and see if they do and you will get the real answer. The doctors won’t usually see the relation because the medical field does not work that way, there is no money in it. If your gut health is really poor the worst thing you can do is go vegan but you have to figure that out for yourself. If you are not digesting the foods nutrients will not go to your body they way it’s needed and you will not see results. You have to test what’s right FOR YOU. Vegetables have poisons in them because they do NOT want to be eaten and if your gut health is really poor it will reach havoc on your system. Do not follow a dietary trend because people say it’s good. Follow it because your body tells you so. If you have these issues your body is not functioning the way it needs to to make sure you do not develop the cysts. You can get rid of them naturally but you have to pay attention to you.. if you’re “on the edge” THIS says a lot too. Work on emotional stability because this too will cause the PCOS. Adrenals and Thyroid work together and if you are already seeing the symptom of cysts that means work on those for sure. Look into Lugols Iodine Chex out the book “The iodine Crisis” from Lynne Farrow. To get rid of this you have to work on the spiritual and the physical. Spiritual meaning relaxing and tapping into your feminine and physical eating the correct food FOR YOU. This happening is your body telling you what’s up and the doctors will never do anything to help get rid of it, they only focus on just LIVE with it. If you cut it out the reason why it’s there in the first place will not be fixed and it will come back. There is a divine feminine that is being neglected in you ask yourself what you really need and PAY ATTENTION TO THE ANSWER. Then work towards it.. the answers will come. Also look into DIM, MSM and search on DuckDuckGo for other women who have gotten rid of it Google likes to hide these things , it’s just the way the system works…. ❤

I've been plant based and vegan and vegetarian as well as going back to eating meat, but what I noticed about the raw plant based diet it doesn't work in the elements that we are living in the States, if you are not in a climate that is warm your body does not adapt well. When I incorporated fish back into my body it worked and when you travel in-and-out of countries you have to be mindful of your food restrictions as well because of culture and tradition.

@Shanaya brigham When I see a commenter continually usurping a UA-camr's comment section to promote another person, likely without approval, it is very disrespectful, IMO. For that reason, will never believe your statement about this other person you are trying to illegally promote. I will never search for that person or view their channel. Repeating your illegitimate advertisement in this comment section is rather annoying. It is also a sure sign that your repetitive statment is false because you chose to hijack this platform.
