    I've been watching Gary for a few weeks now, I understand what what is saying. A few months ago, I had a bad back pain that went from my lower back, hips, legs and I couldn't function or walk. I had to take off of work, went to the ER , had ex rays and MRI . The doctors and spinal specialist came up with nothing for my pain. They prescribed medication and I stop taking it and went full organic vitamins and natural herbs. After I started doing that, in a week all my pain was gone and I went back to work like it never happened. I thank God and I thank people like Gary for spreading the good news on how to take care of the body. Have a blessed day

    It was only after he was born ( with clots through out his umbilical cord) that they would do the appropriate blood tests…

      Pressed pills man… magnesium stearate seems to keep it all together in long term giving users negative side effects (potentially if inhaled) such as bowel movement issues specifically effecting the mucus lining. Titanium dioxide is tough because if breathed in (shown in animals) causes long cancer but is also absorbed and not metabolized in the human body: suggests some studies. Giving the pill a white color, also reducing build up on production equipment and is valued at around $13 Billion dollars as revenue based sales at large scale would suggest. Perhaps a bone marrow based gelatin capsule would be a better route? Keep in mind I’m an average joe and I support everything about Gary brecka, he has already changed the path of my life, and I now pass that information on to others and can help my loved ones so GOD bless you Gary. ✝️🏆♥️👏

I went to doctor after doctor and finally found a religious quack who figured it out. 2 B12 shots later and I was 85% better. What is important to understand with water is the "current" having filtered still "dead" water is still not optimal, it must be in a constant state of movement - this is why EGG style water holders are so important. They have a constant flow due to the temperature , warm rising cold sinking, there is a natural flow.
    I was so close to getting a large ceramic egg made by a guy in Australia who use to make large ones for winery's but he retired the year I was wanting to order :(
    But overall in life all of the worlds toxicity is there for a reason when it comes to mass production with little effort...this impacts us all, weeding out the things that really impact us the most is important first and formost.
    High volume of drinking water consumed a day? check your water source and make changes
    High levels of body inflammation (voltage) during the day? check how you insulate yourself and earth more
    High consumption of "fast and ultra-processed foods" during the day? Check how you can take control of your food prep and choose quality sources.

    what I read was that fluoride (hydrofluorosilicic acid) was a byproduct of the mining industry. they would use sulfuric acid to dissolve rocks in order to extract precious metals. the resulting sludge was the fluoride product. they dried it out and bagged it. it was still very acidic, too acidic to deacidify, too expensive to do so. so they relabeled it as a food additive. it is a known neurotoxin. according to peer-reviewed studies I read on Google Scholar search engine, it does absolutely lower IQ. it also helps the reproductive system in both males and females, using rats as test subjects. it does all sorts of other harm to the body as well. it does nothing to help with tooth health. in fact, it damages teeth. look at countries with no fluoride. they have beautiful white straight teeth. countries with it have yellow crooked teeth. it helps to keep people dumbed down, gullible so they can be more easily swayed by the elites, in the elites like the idea that it prevents birth because depopulation is their main agenda.

    I am interested in the COMT gene mutation and if it requires special attention or supplementation if your already eating carnivore.

    • @DroppingBearVictim
      @DroppingBearVictim 6 місяців тому +2

      Me too. From what I understand (just starting looking into this), slow COMT need to make sure estrogen is kept in check (low) by consuming a high fiber diet (to physically clear estrogens from the intestines so they can’t be reabsorbed) and cruciferous vegetables (they contain DIM). I wonder if that can be circumvented by just taking a DIM supplement. Also, histamines should be minimised which is a bit hard on carnivore, but technically can be done by buying fresh meat, not ground up (unless you do it yourself prior to cooking it), maybe doing lamb instead of beef (beef is usually hung for 7-14+ days whereas lamb is usually not), and cooking the meat quickly vs multi-hour slow cooking/smoking, and not eating leftover meat only cook what you’ll eat in that day or meal. There is also some debate whether slow COMT should be high protein or low protein. Sigh

      Clean carbs and good protein really help with COMT and noisy sleep environments hamper it. Some variations and environmental factors can affect the expression of COMT to be fast or slow.. its important to be mindful of stress and for those with a fast COMT you may have to be careful with coffee chocolate and tea if your having any. Over exertion can also be problematic in many contexts. Micro plastics and glyphosate can also be very problematic for COMT expression.

    • @DroppingBearVictim

    Hey Paul, could you do a podcast on polyphenols the differences of certain types, your perspective; is it a hormetic stressor or does it have direct protective components to human health, there is so much hype and maybe even misinformation out there. People would literally consume foods because they have polyphenols. I just think it would be a good podcast topic, say on resveratrol or curcumin etc

    • @mineralchief
      @mineralchief 6 місяців тому +1

      Saladino has spoken about these polyphenols... they stimulate glutathione because they themself are toxic lol. Better to support your own glutathione levels with adequate riboflavin, glycine and manganese... and eat ground beef full of collagenous amino acids... like glycine.. molybdenum and selenium are also big in the glutathione pathway.

    • @spudg8558
      @spudg8558 6 місяців тому

      Not an expert, but any time you heat food you denature the proteins in it, changing their shape. The idea is that during pasteurization, the milk is intensely heated for a few seconds and during that time, certain beneficial proteins in raw milk become denatured, changing their shape. Their new shape appears to lose those benefits and become irritating to some people.

      1. First start changing your diet, your way of eating in life. Go follow the carnivore life. Watch Dr. Shawn Baker if you haven't already.
      Very often dairy intolerances diminish or disappear after adapting to the carnivore diet.
      2. Try A2 cow milk or goat milk and see how your body reacts to it.

    You are right however because high oxalate is low sulfate. The SAT-1 transport protein moves oxalate and sulfate in opposite directions based on concentration.
