- The goal should be to target and catch a bull redfish nearly every time you hit the water.
But there's a lot that goes into targeting a higher class of fish.

It’s hard to beat fighting and reeling up a giant BULL redfish.
We just need to make sure we are responsible and have plans in place to ensure the safety of us and the fish.
Remember, these are our breeders for years to come!!

Another great video Rich! A lot of good information to share with everyone.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Where are you fishing at? Because we are going fishing tomorrow morning so
I'm pretty familiar with drum island and the grillage are y'all just anchored up out in the middle of the channel? xD
New to the fishing scene and find your videos incredibly helpful. I'm in Australia which King George whiting red snapper are the most sort after, starting off small and I'll work up to something better later.

Are you finding these fish on the fish finder or do you just blindly pull up and drop bait?

Bottom rigged heavy action rod with large bait caster spooled with 30-50 lb test. Forget the leader. Soak a cut blue crab on a 4/0 circle hook at the lower section of a channel ledge. Then wait. Nothing hits in 15-20 minutes, find a new spot
Thanks for the tip!
could you please tell me the fishing rod brand in this video?
not overhead
