Aiden is correct. Those 3 SB trophies belong to the Raiders, regardless of what city or stadium they might move to.
Yea I think it depends on the situation and league because the thunder didn’t get to take anything with them from Seattle as anything Sonics related is owned by the city of Seattle

@@mattwonder4657They do own the championship but the Commissioner of the NBA chose to keep the championship in Seattle. Technically by standards the thunder have a championship but it’s just in Seattle. If that make sense
@@cookiemonster6899 to a degree, I just don’t see how if a team is given to Seattle and they are the Seattle sonics again how a Seattle sonics championship from 50 years ago could then be considered the thunders. Idk it’s a weird situation
The Super Bowl next year will be held here in New Orleans and we'll already be in Mardi Gras season, so it would be a great time for y'all to visit my city and eat some fantastic food.

The Raiders were originally from Oakland CA. Then they moved to Los Angeles. Then moved back to Oakland. Finally moved to LV. The owner wanted LA or Oakland to build a stadium but neither did. That is why they moved to LV. Yes, they did win 3 Super Bowls. 1976, 1980, and 1983.
All championships and records, for any of the 4 US professional sports franchises, stay with that franchise, regardless if they move or change names (MLB Montreal Expos moved to DC, rebranded as the Nationals.)
There is exceptions though. For example, The Baltimore Colts fled the city (literally) to Indianapolis. Then the Cleveland Browns moved to Baltimore but changed the name to the Baltimore Ravens. Years later, Cleveland was then given an expansion team and kept the name from their former franchise, the Browns. They also negotiated to keep all the former Browns records. The Ravens, on their end, were treated more like an expansion team.
**There’s some good documentaries on all the US sports franchises that were *stolen* from a city.
Also, Las Vegas is the 3rd city the Raiders called home. The other 2, Oakland & LA, which is another crazy story in and of itself!
First row seats are the worst. You can't see anything. I learned my lesson.
The suite has free food and drinks. If you buy that $50k seat you also have to buy the $48 bottle of water and the $73 nachos.

Well it's well known turf fields in football are far more dangerous than regular grass.. but it's cheaper for the owner to have turf so that's why some teams use it

Most NFL stadiums have a jumbo tron, they just put them in different spots. I would also say a good amount of them are domes or a hybrid of inside outside stadiums now.

@@tracyfrazier7440 No, it's not. 1 championship in 1 sport doesn't make it the sports capital of THE WORLD. KC just won back to back championships. Boston has won multiple championships in every major sport over the last 20 years. Even Tampa Bay has more right to claim sports capital than Las Vegas with both the Bucs and Lightning winning championships recently. Not to mention I don't know what other teams have accomplished in other parts of the world.
The only team I can think of that has a true Jumbotron is Dallas but there may be more and I’m and American nfl fan and still don’t know

Aiden you are thinking of the AT&T stadium (the Cowboys Stadium) with the world class Jumbotron. That is the only NFL stadium with a Jumbotron like an arena. Whereas Sofi and Benz (Atlanta) have 360 Jumbotrons.

Teams who win SBs, if they move, they take their SB trophies with them. The Raiders were the team in the early 70s, just like the Oakland As were for baseball. It was great to be a Bay Area fan in the 70s and 80s (with the 49ers).
The Raiders were the team of the early 70s? Huh. They did not win any SBs in the early 70s--the Dolphins won back to back--and the year they beat the Dolphins to get to the AFC title game, they lost to the actual team of the entire 70s, The Pittsburgh Steelers who won 4 SBs in 6 years--including that year that they beat the Raiders' asses, in Oakland, after the Raiders beat the Dolphins. Nice try at revisionist history but I lived it.

Talking about the NFL being greedy? Just a tiny example: They had a freaking playoff game on a streaming service and people had to pay to watch it. The NFL only made a couple million for each team (revenue sharing!) Amazon now has the exclusive for Thursday Night Football. So if you don’t live in those markets and don’t have Amazon, you need to pay.
Las Vegas is a different time zone add 2hrs from Eastern time
Las Vegas is 3 hours behind Eastern.
It is on Pacific Standard, so 3 hours back fr9m Eastern Standard time. 2 hours back is Mountain Time zone.

The Cowboys boasted of having the biggest jumbotron at one time in their new stadium. i watched a punter actually bounce the ball off the bottom of it. That's very hard to do, those trons are way up there. That's a strong leg.

Modern American football players complaining about the field surfaces is nonsense. For 100+ years, millions of American football players, professional and non-professional, played football on dirt and mud, and never complained.
Uhh that’s kinda the whole point. The synthetic turf has a higher rate of causing non-contact injuries. Certain turf designs can catch a player’s cleats in the turf when they plant and it has led to increased rates of things like ACL tears on those surfaces compared to standard grass.
